Ordering the battery for my computer was quick and easy. The only problem I had was not laptop battery express' fault, it was the delivery. I received it Sat after being shipped Monday, and the package was a torn up mess, from the USPS. When I called to inform of the condition of the package, the return response was quick and clear. So thank you very much, looking forward to using the new battery and not being "plugged in".
It took too much effort to find the "View Cart" sign. I'll be glad to revise the rating shown above after I've received and used the battery a couple of times.

This is the second time I have purchased a battery from Laptop Battery Express, and it went very smoothly. There were no issues with form, fit or function. The only problem was I lost my $5 off coupon from my first battery purchase.
Very specific laptop model information in the battery specifications. I appreciated that verbiage that this is another brand but a superior rating than the original battery pack.
