Great site AND easy to navigate.
I was happy to return to this site for the battery I needed, however the new battery is not working like the my previous one that I purchased from them, it could be faulty once I have completed the instructions on charging process in the first week I will make a decision to get a replacement.
This does not deter me from shopping with laptop express.
Easy to find what I needed on website. Order arrived sooner than expected. Battery was easy to install, and it seems to work OK (I'm using it in my laptop now as I type this).
Laptop Battery Express had very detailed information about the specific battery I needed and gave important info on how to maintain and get the longest use time from running and charging. Have only had the unit for a few days so long term results are yet to be experienced. There is a warranty to protect consumers from a bad or malfunctioning unit. I found pricing reasonable and fair in comparison to other vendors and became very cautious with the very "cheap" ones.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and am waiting for a replacement of the correct size as well as an RMA to return the wrong battery.
