Overall, the experience was fine, but since this is my first time ordering from you, I have no experience to fall back on, and haven't yet received the product. However, your website promises free shipping yet I was charged.

The hardest part was finding the right battery among so many. Once found the process was easy.

It was a great shopping experience! I really appreciated all the explanations about batteries. There was even a short video provided which really helped confirm the right battery to purchase. There were also GOOD PRICES on your site, especially in comparison to some of the larger stores! Thanks for your assistance and fairness.

So far so good. Now that I received my battery, I can say I am very pleased with the way every thing went. Fast shipping,the right battery. Everything they said was right on. I would recommend them to whoever needs a laptop battery.

Presently the battery seems to discharge too rapidly.
