Excellent quality at fair prices! I always trust LA Police Gear for my uniform needs. Customer service is outstanding.

*REVIEW WAS 7 MONTHS AGO, BUT THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE IS FILLED WITH BOTS THAT ARE USED TO GIVE FAKE REVIEWS AND FLOOD REAL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!*

Bought 2 pairs of Tactical Pants. They came untailored, felt super cheap, and did not meet the description of the item. Because of this, I initiated a return, which also charged me $10 of my money deducted from the return amount. Which to me is fine, but here's the problem.
1 week of shipping the return and 2 weeks them
"process the product for a refund". | contacted customer service for the amount of time it took of them holding my money to only them saying and repeating the same thing about a 2 week processing time (which is bs). So here I am 3 weeks into this whole lie and terrible service, waiting for my refund which I will most likely never get because LAPG sucks at communication and overall is giving me red flags and throws signs of a possible scamming tactic on customers
I recommend to never buy from them, and to either buy from Amazon, or BRANDS THAT SELL ON THEIR WEBSITE. LAPG charges too much fees, their service is a mess, and they overall suck at keeping customers. Not to mention, quality felt very Chinese made. I 100% bet those pants would have never lasted in a LEO field or EMS field without tearing or giving the person wearing the pants problems.
Better off buying from wish or Alibaba if you want a better pair of pants.
I also would like to mention. After this post, I would bet, I'm never going to get a refund on these pants

Purchase and delivery was smooth and easy.
I like the concept of the pants. I tried multiple sizes, and couldn't find one that fit just right. The hips are more snug than they should be for ease of moving - even on pants where the waist was big and baggy on me. I also wish they didn't have the added Teflon coating. I know it protects against stains, but I would prefer to avoid the chemicals.
I love the fabric and the pockets! They are still my favorite shooting pants.

I love LA Police gear, great gear, awesome selection, good prices on practical gear! With that said shipping and follow through sucks!
Placed an order back in Jan. Recvd order confirmation immediately, 1 week later no movement according to the tracking info LAPG sent me. Emailed for order status to this day I have never heard from them. Called and finally got a young lady who could help me, and bam 2.5 weeks later I received my order. We have to do better on shipping! It's awful
But I love LAPG so I'll be back, just really frustrating!
