Trash customer service! They don't reply and I never got my full order. Wendy never responds to emails and when I asked to speak with customer service they refuse to call back and discuss a customers need.
They are straight up disrespectful how they ignore your request for help. Beyond infuriating. People stay away from this company.
13 emails were sent, 6 voice mails asking for assistance, hard copies of my order were never received. This is seems to be something many negative reviews have pointed out - communication breakdown happens when you never return phone calls. I am so livid with wasting my time and money.
