These people are a joke. They are borderline thieves. They dont have a phone number, they have a bogus address and they dont answer email. Mostly bad reviews should say it all.

AS YOU READ THE OTHER REVIEWS IT BECOMES APPARENT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. I ASKED FROR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. ON TOP OF THAT I PAID $69.00 FOR A PRODUCT THAT MAY HAVE COST THEM $8.00. CHEAP, DIMESTORE QUALITY.
I FINALLY GOT MY ORDER REFUNDED AFTER WRITING A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB AND CONTACTING THE CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Glass wouldn't even stay in the slot and it is a piece of junk over priced. It is also a hazard to have piece of glass sticking loosely out that can shatter.

I never received order number (*******) Large Coral fish purchased September 10,2020 I have sent many emails to you about this item after so much time has past I have emailed you and said I wish to have the Large Dolphin since it's been a Hassel on the Coral fish, I have purchased 2other items from you received no problem but this Coral fish problem has left a bad taste in my mouth about this item this item is a Xmas gift I would appreciate it if you would make it right ASAP since I have been waiting since September send me the large Dolphin and where good.
These 3D lamps are awesome and so colorful. I bought a couple of these for my kids and they love it. I would definitely recommend these lamps and it's a perfect gift for christmas.

I've purchased the lighthouse lamp for my mother in (2018), the elephant lamp for my best friend (2019), the Love Knot for myself (2019) and the unicorn lamp for my niece (in September). All orders were delivered within the promised timeframe if not early; I saw someone say delivery took 32 days in which presumably that was in the midst of this pandemic, so I wouldn't deem that to be typical... I sent something NY to NY about 10 miles from each other and it took 7 days to get there in which it somehow ended up in Florida during transit, soooo! I did have an issue with the elephant lamp in which the USB charger was missing; I immediately emailed customer service and the next day I got a response that they were shipping one out that day and they sent it express! Other than that I haven't had any issues with them in 4 purchases over 2 years, and the prices for their items are reasonable (and they often have sales or promo codes too). I know that there are exceptions to excellent service, which is expected as no business is perfect, but I would order from Lampeez again and refer people I know to do the same.
The lamp was packed very well when I got it and I opened it up and I love it beautiful color when you change the colors on it very well satisfied with the lamp
Ordered a lamp on November 30th and otwo and a half month later, no order, no information, nothing.
This is pure scam, and someone should stop this guys!
