DO NOT buy from these people. They make their lamps look a lot better online than they actually do. They are made of cheap and poor quality materials. The lamp I ordered for my niece was a very small plastic base with a slot on top for the plexi glass mold of a unicorn head to sit in. This is the worst I have ever been screwed and I will NEVER buy from this place again. Save your money people. I paid 60.00 for a few pieces of plastic. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I purchased the Yoga 3D Illusion lamp for myself, then as a gift to a few Dear Friends, all of whom told me that they love it. I find the lines and pose quite elegant.

Personally, I have the lamp facing me at meals, and by me during my morning yoga and chanting as a silent, illuminated and illuminating Friend watching over me.

I ordered this as a gift two weeks ago and then received an email saying my address undeliverable. Today, I went to the physical site at 3361 Boyington Drive #240 Carrollton Texas and walked in. They found my order, displayed it for me, lit it up to show its working, and then packaged in gift bag. I shouldn't have had to go to this step bc now they owe me shipping/ handling. But I did get the package finally.

Unfortunately those who are not local cannot get theirs.
Rating 3 bc no one responded to my email, and number disconnected.

The item I ordered was exactly as shown & arrived QUICK I'm impressed with Lampeez since I've been disappointed by many other companies this shopping season. I'm still waiting for delivery from other companies. I Highly recommend buying from Lampeez

I ordered a guitar lamp for a Christmas gift. I gave it just after to Christmas to my boyfriend. He was very busy and didnt get a chance to set it up and try it for a little over a month later. It doesnt light up and wont turn on or off. When I contacted customer service, they said no returns after 30 days. Wow for a $70 lamp that looks flimsy and doesnt even work this is really bad customer service and a poor company that doesnt stand behind its products. Don't buy from this company.

This was a "just because" gift for my grown son. He loved it. I'm regretting my decision to gift it to my son, because it was quite cool and larger than expected. It came in a timely manner even with covid shipping delays. Before covid, my orders came quite quickly. I have ordered at least 3 lamps as gifts. Maybe one a year for 3 consecutive years. Once, I placed an order and then a really good sale was announced right after placing my order. I emailed the company and within an hour I had a positive answer to my request for the sale price and a refund to my credit card. I have found customer service to be attentive and willing to accommodate.

Placed order on 11/26/18, they charged my card immediately. Finally, on Dec. 1, I messaged them and wanted to know where my lamps were (they were Christmas for my 3 grandkids who live in other states). They responded they had put the order in a shipping queue and should have by Dec. 12. On Dec. 12, no lamps. I selected the tracking for my order and they are supposed to be transferred to USPS for Dec. 14 delivery. Really? This is a horrible company with bad BBB rating and do not believe the reviews on their site---they are fake. They will never allow this review on their site.

I bought 2 lamps and 2 weeks later still hadn't received them and the tracking number I was given didn't work. I contacted them and was given another tracking number. The lamps were delivered but not to my address. When I contacted customer service again I was told to check my yard and with my neighbors because the package said delivered. When I responded that I had done those things prior to my original email and was I getting a replacement or refund I received no answer. Customer service is awful... just trading emails back and forth.

Great company great product great customer service! We bought 2 lamps as Christmas gifts for 2 different households BOTH parties LOVE the lamps we sent to them! Thank you Lampeez for having unique lamps to give our friends & family!
