I ordered 36 bottles on 31/3/17 and sent a cheque which was cashed. Some time later I received a phone call on my answerphone from a delivery company asking me to phone back for delivery. I phoned 8 times for 3 days... constantly engaged! So I contacted the suppliers who quite frankly apart from answering my emails with various excuses have done nothing so far. I emailed today... Bonjour encore et encore, Je pense qu'il est temps que vous ayez remboursé mon argent, n'est-ce pas? Je me plierai à votre association commerciale si aucun remboursement n'est effectué. Hello again and again, I think it's about time you refunded my money, don't you? I will complain to your trade association if no refund by return.
