Thought I'd try out this store because they had the best price by far. Item came in just a few days, securely packed. Very happy with this purchase.

Placed online order which was not processed. Tried to call the company, but the phone has busy signal. Send a request by email and received a generic response about payment gateway issue. The order was not cancelled. I decided to cancel my credit card to avoid fraudulent charges. Stay away from this company.

I placed an order online, I never received a confirmation, and the money was not taken out of my account. After doing research online, I saw a tremendous amount of negative reviews. This is clearly a scam, and this website needs to be shut down for good! I also filed a claim with the BBS! I strongly suggest if you run into the same problem I did…. You report this!

I bought the sol de janeiro 39 spray off a gift card, I just seen the reviews and checked the balance off the gift card and the money is still there. No money was taken off, they just want your email. If they send you a copy of what you bought please block their email!

I ordered something from these people on Nov 4 2023. I've received nothing. I emailed them for update. No response. Emailed again. They said my order was "waiting to be processed." This company is obviously a scam. Dispute any charges with your bank ASAP.

The other reviews on here are spot on. This company is not a legitimate company. They are implanting software on your computer to steal your data and possibly hack into your accounts. Ever since I placed an order (that NEVER showed or was billed) with my credit card, I have had some odd issues when accessing my brokerage accounts. Been using VPN and changed passwords. Also checking my credit card login daily to see if they are using my card for purchases. If I am ever in Naples, Florida and stop by that location then sh*t is going down.

Do not order from them. I placed my order 5 weeks ago and cannot get anyone to reply to my messages on when I can expect delivery.

I ordered...no delivery...I cancelled.
A month later someone tried to charge over $400 on my PayPal account for mdse from Fansrdge.com...thankfully the charge was declined and PayPal notified me. Cancelled my card, but they tried again for $42 on the next day.
This website is fraudulent and a scam to get your credit card info including the cvc code. DO NOT purchase from this website.

...esp. Not one that looks as real as theirs! I never received my first order, so figured it had been stolen off the porch, then ordered AGAIN and didn't receive it...and now I know what's going on :(( (. Oh, my husband's going to be so mad! (at me!) This is REALLY a bummer, b/c I'd been SO excited to receive the Yes To Tea Tree Scalp Scrub...we LOVE it (I was ordering 12 of them!), but Amazon stopped carrying it, and even the company itself has said it's out of stock for months, so, I guess I should've known it was fishy that they had it at all...

I was charged $1 for a digital wallet on my bank statement. After that I was charged $249.99 for purchase I didn't make and $45.31 for another purchase I didn't make it was a pain in the butt I had to change my bank account numbers. Do not order from this company they are thieves. I received email that my order was on hold and I would not be billed for my order. They didn't bill me for my order but they use my debit card to buy what they wanted with it. Do not put your debit card online ever. These are bad people. I don't know how their websites still up. They must send out some orders and then rip off the others. I got to give a one-star rating in order to get this review posted. I give them - 100 Stars!

I placed an order on 9/10/23. It is now 10/19/23 and I still don't have my order and the charge came out on my credit card a month ago. I try to call and the number doesn't work.

On September 28, I ordered two Olay vitamin C exfoliating AHA peel masks from ladies dreams. I received an email approximately one week later stating that the item had been shipped. Another email stating it had been delivered. There was no confirmation number just an order number of *******! Which means nothing. The items were never delivered, $75.10 down the crapper. This is not a real business. This is a scam. Do not buy from them. I have always wondered why people who have the brilliance to scam others do not put that brain power to work to make billions of dollars. It finally dawned on me. They do! Imagine how many millions of dollars this person makes in a year.

SO NOT USE THIS SITE IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! I ordered Brazilian crush 39 for $20 on 9/19 and NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM! The number they give doesn't work you just get a busy signal! TOTAL SCAM!

This company is a scam. They promise shipping within 24 hours or the order placement. I ordered on 9/20/23. Today id 9/25/23 and the order has still not been shipped. Also, I emailed them several days ago and have never received any response.
I also tried to reach them at their:customer service" number. The number has been BUSY for 3 days straight and hangs up you after 3-4 rings.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM and warn anyone else you know about this scam company.

It's been almost a month since I played the order. Can I get help receiving my items? Is it possible I can get some help?

I ordered a roc face product for $40. Never received. When I tried to call the number they give you doesn't connect. Emailed them and was told they were having trouble with the credit card. Thankful my bank stopped a $500 charge for DRAFT KINGS that they tried to put through. Cancelled card, all is good! I wish I read the reviews here BEFORE I ordered. Is there no way to sit this site down?
