I should have read the other reviews before I proceeded in making a purchase from this website. Without question this site will take your credit card number, you will not receive a confirmation of your order, they will tell you they are having issues with their payment system and your card has not been charged, and then a few weeks later a fraudulent charge will show up on your credit card. I have reported this website to the FTC and hopefully this website will be taken down shortly.

Ordered from this company over three weeks ago. Have not received the product. Searched my email for a confirmation email which I never received. Looked at my credit card statements today and found no charge from them. Tried to call but got busy signal. Read these reviews today afterwards. Guess I have my answer for the two separate charges that were made within 24 hours of each other 2-3 days ago against my card for Southwest Airline tickets totaling almost 2K in charges! Fortunately, I caught this fraud in time! I hope they catch these crooks! Wish I could leave a ZERO rating!

I ordered my five bottles of lotion never received anything. But good thing I used the virtual card from my Google payment. Because I can see me now crying everyday. But just please don't do it. I never received anything

Thought I'd try out this store because they had the best price by far. Item came in just a few days, securely packed. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered 2 containers of L'Oreal hair spray paid for it and haven't heard a word and have not received it.

Tried to order a product but they said there was a problem with the order. Have tried to find out what the issue was but I can't get an answer. Have called at least 6 times with the number they provided but the number is always busy. I have tried and tried to do an online chat but no response and no nothing. What kind of a business are they running?

I placed an order on 9/10/23. It is now 10/19/23 and I still don't have my order and the charge came out on my credit card a month ago. I try to call and the number doesn't work.

I placed and order with my credit card and never received a conformation or my order. When you call their phone number it always has a busy signal. After I placed my order I looked up Ladysdreams.com reviews and people had said they never received a conformation or their order and around two to three weeks later fraudulent charges started showing up on there credit card. Sure enough after about three weeks my credit card company called me and said someone called them and was trying to make purchases with my credit card number and wanted to know if it was me. They had my name, address and social security number. Don't know how they got my social security number. The only reason my credit card company questioned them was that they were calling from a area code that was not on file as my area code. My credit card company advised me to freeze my credit because they had all my information and was trying to use my identity.

I ordered a thermolysis galvnaic electrolysis hair remover and both times my order was canceled. They did not charge my card thankfully. When I tried to call it rings once and has a busy signal. I also tried emailing them and tried their chat line. No reply at all.
Don't waste your time or your money...they're not real!

Placed an order, didn't charged on credit card and never received items. I have conteted them and they said-problem with their gateway proccecing! You think they loose business not fixing their issue of credit card? Not really. It's not a good company.

I BOUGHT SOME PRODUCTS AND WAITED 2 WEEKS AND NEVER RECEIVED...EMAILED COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND NO REPLY...RECEIVED STATEMENT OF CREDITCARD I USED AND HAD 2000 DOLLARS FRADULENT CHARGES. I ordered two bottles of cologne the first week of June and I have still not recieved my order. I have emailed them and got a reply from them stating my order was on hold because they were having a problem with their payment system and they would email me when it was fixed. I canceled my order because my card number was used at a sports betting place in Atlanta Georgia. This business is the only business outside of three others (Walmart, Sams Club and Amazon) I have used my card for a purchase online. I would not recommend this business!

It's only been a week but I had a gut feeling not long after I placed an order with this place that they were going to be NOT legit.
Once I placed the order, I got an email saying that once they received my payment, they will notify me of the shipment date.
Most places send an email notifying you that you placed an order and saythank you.
Not, When we get paid.
It's a CC!
You got paid!
I asked them, Now that you've got my payment, has it been shipped cuz you didn't notify me but you have gotten paid.
No reply which means, no product, which means I need to get on the ball and cancel my credit card.
I wasn't even saving that much money so why I put my faith in this "scam" in the 1st place, beats me!
I'd call them idiots however, who's the one that pressed submit with a company she's never heard of prior a to Googling reviews?

Hopefully I can update here and say, I got a reply! Cause I know it won't be, I got my order!

SO NOT USE THIS SITE IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! I ordered Brazilian crush 39 for $20 on 9/19 and NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM! The number they give doesn't work you just get a busy signal! TOTAL SCAM!

Chatted with someone on chat and was told item is in stock. Two days later, received item was canceled with no apology or reason given. Terrible customer service.

I ordered shampoo off this site. I never received a confirmation email. The phone number does not work. There is no Facebook page. And when you go to ladiesdream.com it goes to a domain where there is no business. I did hear from a so customer service on their email address, trying to tell me there was an issue with their system. But there are just too many red flags. I had to promptly call my credit card Bank have my card canceled and have a new one sent to me. The item I was looking for was Suave professional shampoo. I called suave to find out the shampoo had been discontinued in 2022. Now I review and Google before I buy on any of these off sites other than Amazon or eBay, Target etc. Do not shop on this site. It is fraudulent it is a scam! The way they even word and talk in the email they sound like they're very foreign. Very short sentences not very professional. You have been warned. If you come here first and you still continue to try to purchase from them, it's all on you. I can't provide a picture of the product because I never got it.

Do not order from them. I placed my order 5 weeks ago and cannot get anyone to reply to my messages on when I can expect delivery.

Ordered sunburn cream on 6/11/23 but wasn't charged or sent an email verification. Should have noticed while checking out that this site DID NOT SAY SECURE CHECKOUT like ALL LEGITIMATE SITES DO! Did not charge my card for the order, and also did not receive an email when I emailed store about my placed order. One month later on 7-10-23 I received a card declined notification for $414.64 from Giordanos of Matteson. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS SITE! Will be reporting this to the BBB.
