Overall, this was a good dress for the price. I liked how they follow up with requesting your measurements even though I purchased standard size. My dress needs just minor alterations.

My dress was really pretty & looked just like the picture! I'm a smaller girl so I would say make sure your measurements are correct if you want a tight fit!

I spent days and weeks looking up wedding dresses online and in stores. My gut told me to go with Ladydressprom and I'm glad I did. I received my dress in less than 2 weeks. Communication is great (expect about a 6-12 hour delay in response). I ordered a custom fit however still spent another $130 extra on alterations. Overall I'm excited for my big day in a few weeks.

I had a great experience! The dress fit perfectly although I did get it shortened because I am 5'2. Customer service was excellent and asked me my measurements right when I placed my order, even though I selected size 4 rather than custom. I highly recommend this company!

My experience was frustration free. They responded to my emails with a quick response. The dress is nice quality doesn't look cheap at all. Love the price. The delivery time was gret. Only thing I did have to go to a seamstress to do a few minor adjustments. But for the most part I was definitely satisfied. I purchased this dress for my God daughter's homecoming. This was the only dress she wanted to wear. I was nervous that it wouldn't get here on time or I would need to have some alterations done. I contacted the staff here and they sent me a link on how to take her measurements. The staff stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Anytime I had a question they responded. The dressed arrived on time and I didn't have to do anything to it. She was beautiful!

Dress came way earlier than expected but they said the estimated delivery time on the website isn't accurate. Everything fit nice and they are very cooperative.

Easy to order but the delivery was not good and the measurement still had to be alterted. I thought we had to sign for the delivery so my daughter waited and we tracked it and good thing, our neighbor(and good thing he was honest) he actually lives down and dead end road you really would not even know it was a road DHL dumped the package and left with no signature and he happened to see our name and brought it to us. NOT GOOD AT ALL

I had a terrible experience with my dress I sent in my measurements and yet I still got my dress super huge and the lady tried to tell me that it was custom made if it would have been custom made it would have fit me and then I asked for a refund and the lady told me that I would only be getting 50 percent of what I paid for which was 170 dollars it's ridiculous I would not recommend ordering from this page!

I ordered my dress and was in communication with someone fairly quickly. All questions answered. Dress is made of great material. Very beautiful, as suspected! I had to have some minor alterations done, but that also was expected.

I love my dress! The quality is amazing and the fitting is great as long as you get your measurements right? The only problem I had with this purchase is me choosing the wrong mesh color for my skin tone but everything is accurate!
