This website unfortunately is a scam. I ordered on March 13,2023 a bottle of my favorite lotion I wasn't able to find on my usual site. I placed the order have never received and email, no shipping information and never received my lotion. I luckily took a snap shot of my order number when I placed it but it doesn't help as it looks like this website no longer exists. Also the card I placed the order on was used on other transactions in Hong Kong so beware if you placed an order with them.

This is a scam website that harvests credit card numbers. If you place an order, you will not receive a confirmation or product. A few weeks later, fraudulent charges will appear on your card. Its Facebook page has dozens of reviews from profiles that were clearly all created in late February. The address given is for a strip mall in Florida that does not feature this business. Moreover, the business is not registered in Florida. Beware!

Placed an order. No email confirmation. Wasn't charged so didn't think much of it until about a month later all my money began to be spent by some fraudster with my digital prepaid card info. Weird experience. Luckily the card had limited funds. DO NOT order from this website. The listed owner is a realtor, not a beauty product supplier.

I ordered something from them and was a little on alert when there was no mention of shipping charges and I didn't receive an email confirmation. Further investigation revealed a fake address and many fake reviews. I immediately cancelled my credit card. This website is a scam

Website is dead, never heard back, and no way to reach them. Absolute sham. Once my credit card starts acting up with unknown charges I'm reporting them. Stay away.

I placed an order for some hair product but noticed that I didn't receive an email. I got on the chat to see if my order actually went through, and they assured me that I would receive an email. It has been a week now and I never received an email. More than that though they stopped responding to my messages on chat and the site no longer comes up and is unlisted. I'm pretty sure they've taken my credit card information and I'm keeping a close eye on my charges, anticipating their use of my info. Don't give him your info!

Ordered under $20 item on 03/07/2023. No email, no ETA, no charge to my card by 03/11. Chatted saying to cancel my order. No reply. Canceled my card just in case. I try to support smaller businesses when I can, but I don't trust this one!

Be aware of this site it's a huge scam, they get your credit card number, then close the site completely!

I ordered a product on March 26 and on 4-12 I have yet to receive it. Tried to go to their web site, but it could not be found. Total scam and now I'll have to cancel my credit card.

I placed an order only after inquiring if they had a discontinued item in stock. Shortly after, they told me they had the item, so I ordered 3. Immediately my order showed as "on hold" and the status never changed. I inquired several days later and got a reply that they hadn't charged my card yet because the order was on hold. Later, they replied to an email inquiry that they had a problem with their "payment portal" and would ship and charge my card when resolved. After a few more days, I requested by email and on the chat on their web page to cancel my order, but got no response. Now, it seems like they no longer have a secure website. I called my credit card company to cancel that card and reissue a new one to me. I didn't really trust this site because I had seen similar bad experiences, but they initially were responsive to my inquiries (and I used a credit card that I rarely use, knowing I would cancel it if I lost trust in the site).

Quick shipping and very responsive support! I was in contact multiples times about questions I had or changes in my delivery address and They had great response time and was super helpful with everything that I needed. You're in great hands! They provided excellent communication and updates about my order and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Same issue as all the other negative reviews. They advertise a ridiculous low price, get your credit info & then ghost u. I called my credit card to notify them & had them change my card number to stop the payment to them & to ever else try's to use that past number..

I ordered perfume, put in my credit cart information and everything. I was so exited to get it for so cheap, but...ITS A SCAM! First, they give you no confirmation email, or even a order number. Second, it is impossible to contact them, they never answer when you email them, and when you call them it says user busy. Third, all of the products are crazy cheap, and overall they are non trustworthy. And last, if you look up the 'owner' of the shop, she is a real estate agent, and has nothing to do with beauty/skin care. Some of the reviews may sound good, but they are fake, and so is the website!

Scam to get your credit card information!
Low prices so you place order and then give credit card information. Address on their website is a strip mall in Florida and NO Ladygross store there.

WARNING: Ladygross is operating without a Florida business license on file for the business name or "Alejandra Grossholz". In my opinion- this is a fake website. They will gladly take your order and credit card information. No email will arrive for confirmation, no product will arrive, and there will be no charge to your credit card until your credit card number is fraudulently used or sold later. They are happy to tell you there was a website error and nothing was charged. Google the address- an empty business in a random strip mall comes up.

After placing order with no confirmation, I was on alert from all your Reviews. Sure enough, 3-months after placing order, fradulent charges required us to cancel card.

My guard was down when I submitted an order for this site. I usually would do a search before submitting an online order to new site and I wish I had done this. As many have shared, I submitted an online order and immediately after, didn't receive any confirmation. Like many of the reviews noted, I also thought it was strange that the order didn't have any delivery charge details. I immediately search the review for this site and was horrify to find that this is a SCAM site. I immediately alerted my credit card company about this fraudulent charge...and tried to call the phone number to request cancellation and it was drop each time I tried to call. DO NOT ORDER from this site...it's a SCAM for sure.

Order accurately filled and received on time. There is no ambiguity in the order and receipt. Great site to work with.

I ordered the day before and it didn't make sense. Phone doesn't work. They say they are on PST, but are located in Florida. Agent on chat could not write well and never asked for my order number. I cancelled my card and am getting a replacement. SUPER SCAMMER! Do not order from them.
