Agents are very difficult to understand. They don't seem to have any knowledge about the city or surrounding areas. They make suggestions for lab locations that are wildly inappropriate and are completely unable to work with time or location needs/suggestions. You're better off doing your own research and calling the lab or scanning place yourself. Lab finder will just get it all screwed up.
I booked an appt 3/12 and it was never confirmed. I emailed and asked about the status. On 3/13 I received a message from LabFinder asking me to call them to confirm the appt. I've called four times and nobody answers the phone. They don't return voicemail messages, emails or chat requests. Just call the facility directly because LabFinder is a complete joke.
Looks like a good service. Lists all the labs in New York City. I thought I had made an appointment for Friday at 9:30. I made the appointment online on Wednesday. I called the lab on Thursday to confirm and was told they had no order from Labfinder. I had no appointment. They had an opening today so I made the appointment myself. When I logged in to Labfinder it said pending. This was an important test. This is bad service.
