Don't waste your time! After waiting in line for over an hour, they told me they were out of the equipment to perform the urine tests. Annoyed the next day, I went to another location and gave a urine sample. The following day, they called me, telling me they had dropped the cup, yep, and that I needed to come back and take the test again. So again, I get in my car, wait in line, and when I finally get into the room, they tell me they are again out of the equipment to test my urine and advise me to another location. I called Labcor to get a refund. I explained the full situation and they said they would give me a full refund. After a few weeks, I noticed the amount was never deposited in my account so I called back and this time they said they would only give me a 10% refund since they said some of the tests were done. Total waste of time. Never again will I use such a joke of a place.
They do not upload your exams results.
When we call them we always get the message: "all our customers assistants are busy... If you are so busy, you need to hire more people! We stay hours trying to reach an assistant and they always hang up the phone.
This company is quick with bills. They send bills and "adjustment bills" after you pay with no reason. They are very disorganized!
Mashal and Rosa are very hard working and professional!
Excellent service and clean office.
No side effects or surprises
Be careful. The black woman at the Scottsdale location threatened me because she could not read my document. Imagine what she will do with your blood samples. Cowardly she disappeared and left me standing there after I insisted the document was a valid appointment. The worst is to have people who feel entitled to the position. There is nobody who may resolve anything. Imagine going to a place and being put in fear. I try to get her name but the site do not answer. We need to file a complaint with the state of Arizona.
The 2 women at this location - Mashal and Rosa are just fantastic. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've been about 3x in 3 months and actually look forward to seeing them - that's how nice an office it is
I have blood drawn every 90 days due to a blood disorder - so I have familiarity with industry standards. My blood was drawn a week ago and results are not available. This delay resulted in the cancelation of a much needed doctor's appointment to determine the current status of my blood disorder. When I inquired about the delay, the customer service rep replied that the results were "in progress." Not helpful.
Labcorp is the absolute worst place to go for a (fasting) routine blood test. The so-called "medical professional" at the Barnegat location that tried to draw blood from me today tried 3 times, twice in the arm and once in my wrist, and could not get any results. She then told me to go to the Labcorp in Manahawkin and that she "would call her boss and let them know that they should draw the blood right away so I would not have to wait." This was particularly important since I had fasted for the blood test. When I arrived at the Labcorp in Manahawkin, a very rude, disrespectful, condescending receptionist told me no one had called about my draw blood problem, and that I should check-in and I would have to wait. The rest of my experience to get a routine blood test only got worse and by the time someone finally was available to draw blood so much time had passed since my original appointment time and I was weak from not eating. I will definitely NOT go back to LabCorp.
I have no agreement with LabCorp for anything; Doctors used them, with no advice or consent on my part, and I receive endless dunning notices for 2 tests at $178 each, now threatening to ruin my credit. When you write to them, it's like blowing in the wind...they do not even bother to respond. Apparently there is no customer service. I see they have lost class action suits and am not surprised.
The young lady who assisted me was a personality of 0, but she seemed very capable. She must have thought she was sticking a corpse, and was confused over the tests she was to perform on my blood. Not in the right job in my opinion
It's never been my experience to go to get blood taken and have a good time, but today two phlebotomists (Tina and Janet) at LabCorp in Middletown made that happen for me. I had apprehension because I needed to have 20 vials taken. While Janet skillfully handled the actual blood taking and encouraged me, Tina diverted me with her humor. Thank you.
I get this outrageous bill a few months ago and no way to contact anyone. Labcorp Sucks! Oh & did I state clearly enough that Labcorp Sucks! Love your review ratings too. Oh, because Labcorp Sucks!
Did not process my labs which caused a 4 week delay. Despite it being their fault, they refused to refund money spent on in-home collection. I was told "there is no way that is going to happen" when I asked to be compensated for their screw up resulting in delayed results and the inconvenience of a second blood draw.
I will never go to the labcorp in West Seattle again. The gal is not good at drawing blood. I am onto you labcorp, you like to have the patient pay you upfront so you do not have to bill the insurance. Worst company in the world but I have to get the blood draws to be able to see the Dr. I will go to the Burien location from now on.
I feel very anxious during labwork and while waiting for test results. It doesn't help the lab was tiny and crowded. I clean my own station because I noticed they rarely clean after me. I also don't see why simple blood tests take a week. THIS is the problem with the US healthcare system. In Mexico, you get results right away.
My insurance refused to pay for my son's blood tests. When I spoke to the representative from
Labcorp they informed me that though they do have special rates for the uninsured patients they works with, they would not offer us those rates. So essentially they bank on the likelihood that insurance won't cover the service to take advantage of the situation financially. If insurance won't cover it, would you not offer the lower rates to help out your customers? This business is about making money not making a difference.
Labcorp is the biggest joke. No customer service, no assistance, no help - disgustingly worthless. Will never recommend or use again.
Showed up on time for my 7AM appointment. Technician arrived at 7:10, did not say a word, went inside her office and closed the door. At 7:20 I knocked on the door, she came out and when I asked what was going on, she said she told her supervisor, she was going to be late.No respect for patients that have not eaten and have work schedules.
Labcorp has my phone number and email. Why was I not contacted?
Why did the technician walked by me and did not address the issue?
When I told her I could not wait and had to leave, she said sarcastically, Than You.
No respect for the patient!
Today I had a noon appointment to get my blood drawn. I planned my entire workday around it. I got there at 11:45 at which time there were several people in the waiting room and no one at the front desk. Some of the people said they had been waiting for an hour and no one had been at the front desk and at least 30 minutes. Another five or so people came in over the next 30 minutes. Still there was no one at the front desk. I finally knocked on the window and somebody came out. The person who had been waiting an hour was called in, and when I asked the woman working there if she knew approximately when I would be seen, she said no and that all these people were before me, even though I appeared to be one of the only people who was actually scheduled. At 12:30 I left. I won't be able to go again until the end of the week which means I will have to cancel my doctor's appointment that we scheduled to go over my bloodwork that I won't have. I really expect more from Labcorp.
Find another lab if you can. Their billing practices are deplorable. I paid my bill the day I got it which happened to be 9 days after the invoice date. My bank posted the payment to them the following day. They didn't post the payment for 16 days and subsequently sent me a collection notice. I called them at least monthly due to problems with the bill and they would promise to make a note in the file and didn't. If you have a choice of labs to use, don't use LabCorp. It's obvious by reading the reviews that their billing practices are terrible. When I called today, the girl said they probably crossed in the mail. Mine was an electronic payment...kind of hard to cross in the mail. They are incompetent and do not post payments in a timely manner. If you have a great credit score that you want to keep great, stay away!
Answer: I have same question here, no training, but still get paid. Why? Because people allow them
Answer: Its sent out, they are just a profesional AQUIRE BUSSINESS FOR ALL THAT THEY GIVE SERVICE FOR
LabCorp and its subsidiaries are in the business of improving health.
