Overall Horrible
July 27, 2020

My physican usually has an in house technician do my testing, lapcorp only provides me with my results on the app. The only times I've actually needed to go into their offices is when I got to experience their horrible customer service, and lack of knowledge from their technicians. I do have to point out that the african american lady in the San Bernardino, Ca office is beyond rude, I don't know how she's still employed there. Results for Covid have also taken an extensive amount of time to get processed. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks with no work awaitimg the final report tonreturn to work. I'm unable to get any answer, although I've submitted requests via email and phone as they instructed to have someone conta t me. Still waiting on a response. Unfortunately it's been all bad experiences for me.

No Sanitizer on desk at check in area
No Spit guard between me and the worker while checking in
No sanitizing of the chairs used to draw blood in room
No had sanitizer in room for patients
Nurse didn't change his gloves in the room in front of me
I asked the nurse are you going to wipe down the chair, he said just sit down its ok. NO its not ok, I am not a sheep that will follow your direction.

I have only had trouble the last few months. I have started making my doctor apts. For pain control mgmt urinalysis in early morning to try to mitigate bad results but several tines now none of my medications in my urinalysis show up. I am trying to taper down (my choice) humanely w/ certain medications but when none of the meds show up my doctor assumes I'm not taking them AT ALL and wants to take me off immediately. She is a new doctor I've nit had time to establish any relationship w/ as my regular doctor whom I had a good relationship with moved to new position so the new doctor is assuming / what? I'm not sure. But I'm concerned about the person who got MY results - did they lose their job or custody of a child or? Because my drugs would have shown up on their results. And because I know the drugs should be in my system, this is causing me great anxiety. Additionally, i know they are handling covid tests too now. When I brought up concerns to LabCorp they said I had to discuss with my doctor, so what avenue do I have now? I live in Alaska so there's time and sample travel involved in these being transported. I am at my wit's end. I'm not sure what I can do but I know these results are wrong and it's affecting my health now.

Redundancy / Unsafe
July 23, 2020

Went on line to make an appointment. Gave away All the info on line! Arrived at the labcorp site, we had to start checking in, all info given again, scanned DL and health insurance. Had to wait for the front desk staff to call us, gave out same info plus credit card. AGAIN! Very unsafe and such a waste of time! More risks and exposures especially with the pandemic! Quest diagnostics have a much better system. Just sad there's no Quest diagnostics in the area we live. Labcorp management needs a better and safer system for the clients! PLEASE...

Service
July 22, 2020

I went to labcrop for my bloodwork. Only 1 person behind the counter. So many people waiting on line. When he came to the counter he saw somebody that he knew. He cut the the line and call that person. We were all waiting. Really unprofessional.

This is a very unprofessional company. I was told 2-3 days when I got tested. I called on day 4 and they said they were behind and it may take up to a week. On day 8 I called, and their response was that "there is NO time table for results." I asked what does that mean, could it take 2 weeks. Her response was "yes, and maybe longer."

That is unacceptable and unprofessional. Would never use them again. I would rate 0 stars if possible, but you MUST choose at least 1 star.

Last Minute Closure
July 21, 2020

San Dimas lab abruptly closed 7/21/20. Left patients who had appt. Scheduled for blood work with no available appointment at other facilities. So unprofessional. The health of others is compromised for thrill seeking COVID protesters.

COVID Testing Joke
July 17, 2020

So Labcorp states right on their website 2-4 days turn around time on COVID testing. I went to an Urgent care facility through Healthone and they told me no problem 2-4 days... try 11 days... Multiple calls and emails to Labcorp. Nobody answers the phone, responds to emails hell you could try for weeks and never get a live person. Pretty pathetic. I will never utilize their services again although about the only alternative is Quest and they are just as bad or worse. It isn't shocking the spread rate is increasing people can't put their life on hold. Pretty pathetic

I needed a COVID antibody test for a procedure and my doctor said I needed to have it within 5 days of my appointment. I had it 4 days prior. I had to cancel my appointment because I STILL have NOT got my results. Going on 6 days. They said it should take 24 hours to get result but no more than 3 days. I have sent 2 emails in to their "Contact US" - NO RESPONSE. I have been on hold for over an hour for the past 3 days with them to just disconnect me.
I wouldnt even give them 1 star

After a very poor experience at the Altamonte Springs LabCorps location it was an absolute joy to find Kiba, my phlebotomist at the Fern Park Walgreens. She was such a pleasure to deal with both in manner and efficiency. One easy poke was all it took to take my blood. Thank you so much Kiba. You made it worth it to drive extra miles to get to you.

This is the worst service ever. I cannot believe how difficult it is to get your test results. The customer service center is a joke. There is no way to get answers unless you commit an entire day to sit on hold. I tried multiple times and this is day three now. Seriously go elsewhere

Do not use this company which profits on the COVID crisis. Trust me.
You go to a place, for me it was Walgreens for an antibody test. They say it will be 1- 3 day's for your results. The accurate time frame is never. It is health care insurance fraud and moreover they take ten dollars from you apart from coverage. You ask for the results and you get an email saying they will contact you. They don't. I will contact Walgreens, because they allow this consumer fraud enterprise to work in their and they may be the apparent agent for the fraud.

I do not care about the money. It's the idea that this company profits from the crisis.

Good luck. You have my review now.

On the weekend of July 4th of 2020, I was not feeling well and went to a local Medi Center. After being seen by a doctor I was given a COVID test because of some of my symptoms having similarities to the virus. I was informed I would have the results by 7/8/20. I had called LabCorp on 7/7 in hopes my test results would come in early. I was assured they would be available on 7/8/20 when I did not receive a call, I proceeded to contact their main office to find out my results were not done and would receive them no later then 7/9/20. I'm a father of 2 Autistic children. I had to make arrangements for my children which is extremely difficult being it's extremely rough on their daily routine. After expressing my concerns to the Monica from their corporate office, I was assured I'd have my results by 7/10/20 and redirected to my local office in which I was informed they were in fact not done! Had I not been falsely lead to believe they would have my results on the date promised I would have chosen a different facility in which to have quicker results. Even their recordings say the COVID tests results are 1-3 days. They are being deceptive to people which could lead to very unfortunate situations leading to others getting ill by their negligence and ability to be honest with their clients. It's no wonder why they're rated a D+ with the BBB. It's a terrible way to do business and can seriously do much harm in the process. They could have simply been honest and said they were not able to complete the test at the promised date giving me a opportunity to get one elsewhere. I've been deceived from the local LabCorp all the way up to their corporate office

My wife and I took a COVID-19 test on July 3rd. We were supposed to get our results back yesterday July 9th. We got nothing, we called back today July 10th, and have been told 5 different things from 5 different people. All of a sudden they cannot track where the test results are. This company is a scam and their employees just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.

I was charged $640 for a simple lab test that I have had many times. I told the girl this couldn't possibly be the cash price and she just said it was the cash price. She was not even going to converse about it. Rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. I later contacted Labcorp to get the cash price and I had been overcharged by $401. Now I have to call back when my charge posts and go through the nightmare of trying to get a refund. I was shuffled around on the phone 4 different times and was on hold for an hour altogether... because of incompetence and uninterested employee.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and Immature staff. Woman at the window was sarcastic. The so-called phlebotomist blew a vein in the top of my hand. She put it near my wrist! Then she went to the other hand and blew a vein there, too. She did not take one full vial of blood. I walked out of there without saying anything and she was calling out thank you, have a nice day, take care, very sarcastically! I am a woman of 67 years old and all my life I have been treated badly by plain, fat, thick glasses, stringy haired, females, obviously jealous because I look nothing like them even at my age I was better looking than them. Not being conceited only factual. They both should be punished in someway. I've gone to the LabCorp in San Antonio on Village Drive. The place is beautiful and has very good and competent staff. I went to the location at 1303 McCullough in San Antonio because I had another appointment later that day in the same building. I would never go there again nor recommend it at all. Things like this should not happen, there are many good competent friendly and pleasant people out there looking for jobs. Please, I would love to know the results of this outcome, thank you very much.

I reported this and would like to know the outcome if they are being tended to in someway, these two silly women. Acting like it’s their own place and they can do and treat people however they want. When will I get an answer? Thank you.
