Horrible! Stay away from the LabCorp at Golf Club Lane, Hamilton, OH. The Lab staff is unprofessional, unorganized and most recently lost my bloodwork which was needed for a procedure. When I called to question why I had no results, they said they didn't show any activity, and I must have had it drawn at another lab! Really, Like I don't know where I had it drawn at! If they would look at the sign in sheet they would see what I was there. I cannot get a call back from a LabCorp manager after requesting 3 times for a call back. Very, very poor customer service at this location. Just where did my bloodwork go? It's been over 3 weeks now with no resolution!
