False advertisement! Boots advertised is NOT by any means what you get! Cheap made and looks nothing at all like the pictures advertised! No contact number. Email is false so you can't contact them. I have tried for months to reach someone for a refund but I can chalk is up as a waste of time and money. Please do not buy from this company! They will rip you off.
I ordered 3 pairs of boots from Kylie Look and was disgusted when they arrived a month later. CHEAP cheap cheap quality and looks absolutely nothing like the photos. I have tried to contact customer service, but no response. Over $100 for trash.
Dead God. Straight from China. Doesn't look at all like the catalogue pictures, terrible quality, no tags on the clothing at all, boots sized way bigger than regular sizes. Definitely pass on this product line. Now trying to figure out how to return stuff, but it doesn't make it easy.
I ordered boots and a top. It took about a month to receive my order and they sent the wrong boots. It took multiple emails to get a response. Of course there is no phone number for this company. They asked me to send a picture of the boots. I did and again it took weeks for a response. I asked for a shipping label so I could return them and get the correct boots. They finally said they would give me a partial credit and asked that I keep the boots because it cost too much for shipping or I could pay the shipping myself. I told them I wanted a full credit since it was not my mistake. I have not received a credit and it's been 2 months. Do not order from this company!
I ordered the "Don't piss off old people" hoodie. After waiting almost six weeks, instead of the hoodie I ordered, I got the UGLIEST sweater I've ever seen. Emailed them twice about fixing the problem and got no reply. Invoice was correct, order all wrong.
Please DO not buy from Kylielike, I purchased a 'grinch' sweat shirt and was told when i looked at the shipping that it would arrive before December 18th. It still has not arrived and they keep issuing a 'standard' reply saying it will be at least another 10 days! I got it for Christmas and it will arrive after Christmas, thats if it arrives at all! They give a tracking link that leads to no information. The customer service is non existant, they refuse to issue any refunds and take no responsibility - a scam indeed.
Cheap quality and false advertising. Stay away from this site! I got some money refund after months and months of emails bouncing back and bad customer service. Just don't use this fake company.
