My grandmother didn't want to spend her old ages in our country and I decided to find the solution for it. My grandpa has recently died and she wanted to distract from this awful moment and I proposed her to rent a house in Spain or to buy it. I have been saving money during all my life and actually it won't cost me too much. I found this service because it is specialized in proposing apartments or houses on the territory of Spain. I asked them couple of questions and we decided to start the relocation of my grandma. Actually, the cooperation with this company remained exceptionally positive emotions.
Such an easy website to browse and use. You can find listings for all over Spain both for long term rental and sale, filtering down to the exact location you´re looking for. Information is nicely presented and super easy to contact the advertiser with any questions. I love the fact I can save my favourite properties to refer back to later, and I´ve been able to set up an alert so that I receive information about properties that fit my requirements each week. Loads of additional information on the site too about different locations, blogs. I really love the series of podcasts so you can hear about other buyers experiences. Its the only portal I would use as I can find everything I need there.
Important information is not listed - like LOCATION.
I am not going to ask WHERE IS IT for each and every property.
Reminds me of the dodgy estate agent shops where they leave out important info hoping to scam the client before you realise theres a serious problem.
AND you cant get out. The links to other estate agents just go back to kyero.

All, thats ALL, the other major property websites everywhere include the location. Obviously! Its in the top 5 requirements of every house hunter. (which i currently am).
So out of date ideas about location info and a comment about the hated exclusivity scams tells me this site is a few decades behind the rest.
(But seriously, who on earth would deal with a property site that doesnt say where the property is?!?!?!?! Madness)

I don't understand how people are warning about scams on this site. I first rented and recently bought a place that I found via Kyero and everything went smoothly.
We looked everywhere and found our perfect holiday home here, easy to use and they had the most properties that matched our requirements - many thanks for all the sunshine!

Our viewing of property ref. 0099 has been a total waste of time, money & plane tickets due to Gavins companys misrepresentation & lack of due dilligence with regard to this property.
The plot was nowhere near 4.000m2 but rather 1/3 just over 1000m2.
There are morgages of 76.000 which he never told us about & which the Seller expected us to take over.
We are disappionted & regret involvment with his company.
