I signed up for text notifications which sent me a tracking number for my package a day after I submitted the order. Books came in within the week. I will say though I was expecting to get the tracking number via email too so that was a little weird. But both books came in great condition and the packaging can be reused for the return.

They did not return emails, have no phone number and offered NO proof my book was damaged in any way except the photo below. Seriously?! What book is this? Is it even the book I ordered? I placed an order for a book around the time my program was starting, I entered correct payment and shipping information for it, Knetbooks confirmed my order and charged my card (the correct amount was taken out of my account), and Knetbooks cancelled my order without warning two days later claiming something was "inconsistent" with my payment information. I reached out several times for clarification on the issue and to offer more information if necessary, and never got a response. Now I am stranded without the book and have missed 2 weeks of school content because of this issue. Thanks for nothing!

Cancelled my order because they said their system said my payment information was suspicious. It's the payment I use all the time so there was nothing suspicious. They cancelled it right away but still took my money so now they are holding up $150 of my money that I need to actually purchase a book. This company seems shady. No live chat, no phone number to call. You just have to sit and wait for them to return an email while they hold onto your money. I will never order from here again. I better get my money back.

Ordered (for purchase) and had my order cancelled and (mostly) refunded three days later without any notification. Only way I knew was the refund showed up on my credit card. Notification so I could find an alternative should be an automatic part of their order system.

I ordered three books from Knetbooks... several days after the scheduled delivery date, I have not received any of them. I asked to cancel the order but they said since the books were shipped I can't cancel... but I can return the books for a refund. This is somewhat difficult to do since I never got the books in the first place.

Placed order-3weeks later told my order was cancelled. Reordered same book based on the website info. Waiting for second order info. Received info cancelling an order I didn't place. Very confusing! If book originally ordered twice doesn't exist, why list on the website?

I rented two books and returned them prior to the due date. I had my UPS tracking number and receipt to follow my shipment. It was received at the Knetbooks warehouse and located there. I received a text from Knetbooks charging me $200.00 for the books that I had returned and they received. I spoke with multiple customer service representatives and I was informed that there were different books in my return other than what I rented. This was a complete lie. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that no managers are there or are available. I also requested the contact information of the owner and it would not be released. So they got my money for my rentals, plus the books, plus an extra $200! Please take my advice and do not give them any business!
I ordered my book on June 14 and received it June 29. I needed it by June 25 before I left for a month on the road. I did not receive it as promised. Their excuse was that USPS has been slow lately. If they knew this, why not use another carrier? Now they tell me if I do not return it before I get home, I cannot get a refund. They actually told me to have a neighbor do it for me. WHAT? Inconvenience a neighbor for their error? For the trouble they have caused, they should honor the return after I get home. I have recently ordered from Chegg who will deliver my book, on the road, in 2 days. I will NEVER use KnetBooks again. STEER CLEAR!
The seller could not fulfill the order and cancelled the order, but gave me a refund except for $0.99 processing fee. I emailed them and they did refund the remaining $0.99, but I shouldn't have to email to get a full refund when it was the seller's fault for listing a book that is not available. It should have been an automatic full refund.
Support staff understood my issue and quickly refunded the remaining $0.99 that was not automatically refunded initially

I ordered a book from knetbooks on 8/15. Received a cancellation notice on 8/16 stating knetbooks couldn't find a supplier of the book I ordered. The order number on the order confirmation and order cancellation emails are different numbers. Then on 8/22 I receive a "delivery confirmation email" about my order from sitejabber.com. At this point I'm confused, I never received a book… I'm confused about the different order numbers. One order number which was cancelled and the other that thinks the book was delivered.
I thought they had the book I was looking for, it was listed there and had a good price
