I took a safety recall item into kmart as per their recall notice. Which states a full refund, the item was a metal chair tolix replica, they are so dangerous people are losing toes and fingers from the sharp edges and poor manufacturing,
They tried to say a price less than what i paid and when they demanded i prove my purchase price, i found a photo of receipt. They refused to take the item and called the securrity to throw me out.
Saying that kmart doesnt have to honor safety recalls from 2016, even though they reissued it themselves in 2023. I have spoken to several people who have been treated the same, kmart urinates on the consumer rights charter. Attached is a photo of the so called manager who you can see smirking.

Kmart is my favourite go to store and shopping online, it's one of the best company i know. Love the huge range of quality products, great value for many, great customer service, the good hygiene and great workers. I had received all my purchases via delivery with no fuss. I hope Kmart continues being like this in the long run with everything and continues upgrading. Its way better then others store like Target and Best and Less. I love spreading the word about this store to people i know and i have them hooked on shopping at Kmart

Definitely a huge fan of Kmart and one happy customer.
