My complaint is with their automatic underhanded business practices. The service automatically renewed, and when I realized it, I called because I did not want to continue. They cited a small section in the small print stating there were no refunds. I thought this was bad business practice. Klinio offered me half of my payment. However, since I had contacted PayPal, they didn't give it to me. I think this is shady business on their part. I've never had a company categorically deny me a refund for a product I did not use.

Didn't find good or useful. But kicker is the auto renewal. No warning and no refund. Not good app on its own but when you auto renewal with out a warning or grace period basically stealing money. Save your money!

I was charge $80.20 for a subscription that I didn't subscribe to. Can't get a refund do to the fact they can't find an account. What a scam.

Buyer Beware!

Klinio (mydiabetes.diet) does not highlight disclosure that you are purchasing a subscription and the upsell after purchase is relentless. The Klinio receipt sent to you upon payment only indicates you are purchasing an application. From my point of view, Klinio's approach is predatory particularly since the phone number provided is not a working number. PayPal indicates that the receiver of payment is Non-US - Verified so there's that as well. Shame on me for not checking sitejabber.com or Trustpilot before engaging with this company.

Joined and cancelled 12.2021 just to e pensive. They did cancel and refund half. However, they charged me again in 2022 and 2023 and refuse to refund those! Just give me the run around.

As soon as you check out their app, they lock you into an automatic renewal subscription, be aware of them!

Too many add ons to get more or our money. No idea I was going to be hit with all the extras until I started.

If your plan works so well, why must you push extra costly products / plans before getting to the most important part that we are interested in obtaining?

Never got our refund back even after sending 9 emails back and forth. You are scamming people and that is it. Rude and sad.

This site and app is for people with diabetes. I don't have diabetes and made that clear. The app is telling me I have a 90% risk of diabetes but my doctor says this is untrue. I am in my seventies and mostly healthy. Just wanted to lose some weight but this app is not helpful for me. It makes medical claims with no medical authority or verification.

Was sent insane diet program that was for product requiring ingredients hard to find and expensive. I told them to cancel and refund my $ but they wouldn't even respond. No customer service and no way to talk to them. *** Check out other complaints***

I paid for the service in 2021 and found it was quite a bit less than what I needed. I immediately canceled. Although it was annoying to have paid the money and get nothing that I considered useful in return, that is the gamble of buying things on the internet. It was a gamble that didn't go in my favor and I accept that.
However, I was not aware that this is one of those companies that automatically signs you up with an auto-renew the next year. So when they got me for another yearly fee, I was pissed. And they refused to refund the money. Auto-renewals are predatory and dishonest and few legitimate companies use them. To refuse to refund the money is beyond dishonest.
I would recommend to anyone who is considering a product like theirs to find a different company that is more upfront in how they intend to make money from you.
