I used kissandfly.ro to buy tickets and although I have paid for them at the point of reservation, I received an email stating that the tickets would only be confirmed within a 3 hours interval. After 2 hours I received another email informing me that in the meantime the price had gone up by 30% (!) from the one already paid and I was offered either to pay the difference or to cancel by calling the call center. I cancelled the reservation and was relieved that the money had been unblocked.
On other sites, once you pay the tickets, they are issued immediately. There is no change in the price once the payment is confirmed, although many companies unfortunately increase the prices during the reservation process (but that's another issue).
The whole experience (including the call center one) didn't seem trustworthy or transparent.
