IVisa claimed to do the Thailand Digital Arrival card. Yet what I found out after paying $130 is that they only asked me some basic questions and they informed they would submitt this to Thai Authorities several months ahead before my departure date.
I found out after, not only does Thai Immigration warn about using such services, but its actually free to do via Thai Immigration (if you can filter past all the paid links from iVisa). Furthermore, iVisa did not collected all the mandatory and required information in order to submit a successful application! As such, the application was not only not yet submitted but it was also incomplete. Under the refund policy of iVisa this substitutes a 100% refund which they refused. They continued to give me the run around for several hours, passing from one chat bot, to the next, to a operator and so on. It was a very annoying process. After making some complaints online they finally refunded me.
Since making complaints online they quickly refunded my money but still are totally denying their wrong doing. In the email where they finally allowed the refund they even go as far to say my application has been lodged, has been accepted and my Thailand Digital Arrival card is available for use.
But my flight is 2 months away and according to Thailand Immigration they do not even accept applications until 2 days before flight.
So unless iVisa has its own authority and knows more than Thailand Immigration I think they don't know what they are doing.
EDIT: refunded money by the company Absolute scam. Presents themselves as a government website and first few google links for a simple travel instant ETA visa. I ended up paying $250 instead of the equivalent $11 on the actual.government website.

A rather expensive experience. The app was easy to operate, but I am worried if in the future we shall run throught so much registration in order to travel abroard.
