I live in Florida and needed to send a funeral bouquet to Culbertson. To help me out, my cousin, who lives in McCook ordered an $80 fresh flower bouquet from Keystone Florist. We were shocked when we saw the bouquet - it was only 24 carnations and a bit of greenery. I am horrified that this is what they delivered to the grieving family on my behalf! Carnations are the cheapest flowers you can buy, and I'm sure the family thinks I didn't care enough to pay for something nicer. I called Keystone and spoke with the manager. I told her I could buy a bouquet of eight carnations at the Walmart here in Florida for $4.97, which means she charged me $80 (plus the delivery fee) for $15 worth of flowers. She curtly replied, "Well, this isn't Florida, and carnations here in McCook cost $2.50 each". She also flatly refused to do anything to make this situation right. Well, I've done some research and now know that this manager is not only rude and a cheat – she is a liar! I wish we had read the negative Yelp reviews from dissatisfied customers before doing business with this SLEAZY, DISHONEST FLORIST!
