I have a pretty new and a brand new Keurig. Neither of them works. I have done everything Keurig recommends and nothing works. I am now using my 12 year old Mr. Coffee just to get a cup in the morning. The brand new one only worked for ONE day making two cups. I am totally frustrated.
I ordered a piece for my keurig that i thought i lost. I called Keurig customer service 20 minutes later to cancel the order. She told me i couldn't and to call back when i get the package and they'll help me with the return process. I called the day i got the package. Was on hold, back and forth, "systematic issues" that OR just pure lack of knowledge between seeing my order or listening. All i needed was a return label, as I'm not paying to return a product that i called to cancel minutes after ordering. Long story short, I'm on a 4-5 week waiting list to receive a call from someone to discuss my options... are you kidding.
I have been trying for over two weeks to get a replacement pot for my Keurig machine. I have spent more than an hour on the phone with customer service people. The phone connections are poor, at best. The promise of a phone call or follow up email never happens. And, to top it off, although I get Keurig ads in my inbox almost daily, I can't log into my account to even see if my replacement pot has been shipped. I am horribly dissappointed with the lack of customer service.
Morning coffees are better before leaving for work (and drinking coffee at night!) after my wife gave me one of your coffee makers for my birthday. I bought the coffee cup filter, so I can drink whatever coffee brand I want. It's much better, so I don't waste unnecesary coffee. Great option for a person, not a good idea for visitors coffee drinkers they have to wait for their turn, ha!
I had two keurigs in last two years, both the top most expensive ones ~$250. Both died in less than an year. Inside of the first one something exploded inside and water came out from the bottom. The second one start making hissing sound inside, then vapor came from holes of the device and it shut down permanently.
Quality of modern keurigs is absolute terrible, this expensive piece of garbage cannot last even an year. Will never buy anything from keurig anymore in my life.
I called to get a return code for a product I purchased that was incorrect. I have called 3 times and I continue to get that my claim needs to be escalated. Escalated for what? I need a return code for a refund! I've already purchased the correct product from you. This doesn't seem correct. I'm currently on the phone for 16 mins. Waiting for someone else to help me. This is ridiculous and I will never purchase from this company again! Your reps are so bad and they can't seem to resolve anything. I was told I should get an email in 3 days and have received nothing. Shame on you!
I bought a house with a small kitchen. I had very limited counter space, so I bought a Keurig Slim. After only a couple of months, the brewer stopped working and I couldn't figure out why after some online troubleshooting. I called customer service and was treated so well and patiently by the representative that answered the call. My main regret is not getting his name so he could be recognized for being so wonderful. Not only did he help me fix my problem, he provided me with a discount coupon for some coffee pods because I was a new home owner. He was absolutely amazing and went through all the troubleshooting with me step by step. I can't say enough how much I appreciate his work.
I bought my Keurig coffee maker in August 2022 at Costco for $139.00. Last week the descale light came on. Picked up a descaling kit from Bed Bath and Beyond, followed the direction and even watched a great video on YouTube. Went through the process several times and I still can't get the descale light to reset. I returned it to Costco and now I'm looking for a different brand. Five stars for Costco - 1 Star for Keurig
Do not purchase from Keurig direct. Go through Costco or other retailer with a good return policy - they did not say you needed to purchase the filter separately and when we called they said they would charge us extra for it. When I asked to return within the 30 day customer satisfaction return window they will charge you shipping to return it. Also the Discount deal with a unit + auto delivery of coffee they will charge you for 16 units as well, about $74 so I paid 133$. For the unit and will be charged $50 shipping and $74 for coffee.
Received the wrong model brewer. I have been trying to get a call back from customer service for a week to return this unopened brewer. I have received no call back at all, have been told they are busy, and they will offer no time frame for when I will get a call back. I was told that I will have to pay for return shipping, no exceptions.
What good is it if you ask customers to call your support line, if you can't offer any support.
Simple ask! Please put me back on the subscription plan, since your web dev. Botched the code and wrote it so that customers can't manage their subscription accounts. Keurig.com needs a facelift and a tuck and a few other application development procedures. I can't blame it all on the coders, since the business layer is also to blame for denying customers access to their subscription account.

Second Supreme in 1 year. Like the thought hate the product. Machine stop running, no power, no ability too reset without wasting a lot of time. The engineering is a sham. Put a hole in outer shell so people can get to reset hole. The machine is useless once the heat overload trips.
Poor Quality: The Keurig K900 almost lasted 1 year and a half before it stop working. It would not power up ( won't turn on)... So I called Keurig customer service and they said could not help me. Overall, I think this is a great example of product obsolescence. In the end, Keurig products are designed to be of poor quality so that they can sell you another poor product in the end again...
I hate my Keurig supreme, stupid thing always says descale, even after buying their solution it doesn't work like it used to. Our old Keurig was good, but now it seems they have worked in planned obsolescence. I hate companies like that
I purchased my new Keurig special edition with the the milk frother. It worked for less than 3 months. I reached out to Keurig they determined it defective. The return has been impossible to get it replaced, they consistently tell me I haven't provided the correct information though I have. They don't like the amazon purchase or delivery confirmation items. I reached out to Amazon because i'm supposed to have a 90 coverage and 2 days later still trying to get either company to support replacing the defective item. I'm about to go back to a coffee pot! I have had my previous basic Keurig for 10 years with no issues
Bought 2 kuereg supreme plus last fall. Gave one away as Christmas gift. After less than 10 uses one stopped working. Called kuereg and was to have a replacement in a week to 10 days. Still waiting. Sent email to customer service to follow up and never heard anything. Terrible service. Don't buy kuereg.
I have had at least 6 different keurig coffee makers and each one is as bad as the first. Actually the first one was probably the best. My latest one was the smart coffee maker. After the first descaling, it started telling me to add water when the water was full. This has happened more times than I can tell you and each time early in the morning when I'm getting ready for work. I give these pots one year of lifetime at the most and then they are absolute garbage.
Our keurig broke after 4 months, we had to return it to keurig to get it replaced. We were told by customer service, on November 30, that we would have the keurig within 7 - 10 days. When we called on Dec. 9 to see if it had been shipped, nothing had been done. Won't buy a keurig again.
I do thanks to Keurig.Com! They always have a huge variety of fun hot and cold drinks to chose from. They offer coupons and specials all the time so the savings are endless! They have an automatic shipping feature available for ultra ordering convenience! The products always arrive with excellent quality and timing! The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is that their website tends to be a little jenky. There's a lag time between clicks that leaves you hanging stuck in limbo and often accidentally over clicking which is frustrating because it can make ordering and check out longer than it needs to be.

I must have tried at least 8-9 times trying to place my order for a Keurig machine and have called customer service 3-4 times each waiting time was super long. They had to transfer me to a specialist--I waited and waited and no specialist came on. Then they said a specialist was going to call me and no one called me over the next few days.
Then I called my credit card company and thought they were the problem.They told me they were not the problem. The merchant(Keurig) was the problem.
How can you do business with poor customer service in this day and age?
Never had problem liked this with Amazon or Walmart or Target.
