In early January 2020, I ordered my free bottle of Ketogeniks and a free bottle of detox also from Ketogeniks. The only cost was a modest shipping charge. Then In February, I received and was charged $179.86 for bottles I did not order. Nowhere in the advertisements did it say that this was a subscription. There were no accompanying papers in the shipment I received! Calling them many times is an extreme waste of time and effort. If I could give them a zero or -5 rating, I would.

I ordered this product in Jan. 2020, paid for the shipping and handling. Today I saw 2 charges pending on my bank account $89.82 and $89.84 I thought they were sending me another shipment. I called to cancel and asked for
A refund. I was told the shipment I received early Jan. Was not free. It was a 14 day free trial, after 14 days if you have not cancelled then you will be billed for the full price of the item. The person I spoke with said he will re-enburse me $40 for each item and cancel further shipments. We shall see. Marlene

The company charged me $179.66 on 1/18/20 and not only did I not request additional product, but I did not receive any more product from the company. I tried to call the help number, but the call was cut off after being on hold for over 20 minutes. I then emailed the company and also disputed the claim to my credit card company. Do not purchase anything from this company by this or a similar name. False advertising! No where in the body of the ad is there any mention of future charges. Buyer beware

The same thing has happened to me as the previous review from Karen. I was charged for over $170.00 and I have emailed and made multipe calls. On hold all the time and cannot leave a message.

This company uses the Shark Tank and other doctors to FALSELY back them. I saw that and they were offering your 1st bottle FREE just pay shipping! Well they ripped me off, sending me the 'FREE' item. Yet, they charged me almost $ 50.00. I went through my bank. They couldn't do anything, bc this 'company' covors their tracks. So then I called Keto. I was being very nice about asking for a refund, my bottle had never been opened, and I explained I had ordered the product when I was hit by a car and received a tramatic brain injury and was in the hospital (which is true) when I ordered the 'FREE' bottle, since I gained alot of weight after the
Accident. I explained how I had no idea what I was really ordering ( due to my brain injury) and asked them if I go pay for the shipping to give it back and they refund me. The little foreign guy was rude and speaking over me and continued to deny me a refund. So, I asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me. I continue to try to call them and now he won't answer the phone! WTF! So, I am out 50 bucks and they continue to Rip innocent people off. They are always changing their website as well, and using other bottles that the name has been changed a little and a different lable. ****STAY AWAY*****

Bought this product 3/9 and in came right away but with no literature. My husband started taking the capsules and so far nothing has happened weight wise but today noticed I had two charges on my credit card. I called the company number on my receipt and the lady told me I had exceeded my 14 day trial without notifying they so I was charged full price for the product. I told her I did not know I only had a 14 day trial. My reciept, shipment notice did not have my statement saying it was 14 days. I thought with 30 day worth of capsules I had the 30 days to try it. I have checked everywhere and cannot find any 14 day notice. I got $40.00 refund for each bottle (there were 2) So I paid for the Detox and Keto. Only allowed per company policy. Was given a web address to find the 14 day policy and that web page will not come up at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY.

This promotion is a SCAM the person behind it is going to take your credit card to make recurring payments! The offer said just pay shipping for a 30 days bottle and then they are going to charge you $89.84 for the Detox and $89.82 for Keto. And they are going to make recurring payments. They don't have a website or customer service number.
