The Salmon trainers were competitively priced but more importantly available in the half size I wanted. Ordering process was easy. Communication on order, just right. Delivery was super quick and I was impressed the Courier left the goods in a safe place (just not the correct drive). I hadn't heard of the company before but will be using them on my next purchase for sure.
I love my trainers. They are so comfortable and offer tremendous support for my feet. The best of all was that my trainers were bought at such a reasonable price compared to all the other websites on the internet, I could not give up the opportunity to own the best pair of trainers I have ever worn... I ordered some walking boots from Kellersports. They were the cheapest online. I was a bit apprehensive as they are based in Frankfurt, Germany but I received acknowledgement of my order within minutes and details of despatch the next morning with tracking details. These were delivered by UPS within the stated timeframe. I would certainly order from them again
Ordered some Skechers trainers that were a great price. Delivery was quick (accounting for coming from Germany to UK), delivery/tracking information good and the product perfect quality. Will definitely shop with them again.
Following a recent spill on the piste i felt i should replace my existing GIRO G9 so purchased a GIRO Seam helmet XL and it is exceptionally comfortable and the only one i have found that is available in this large size. Other makes in XL are too small. Great helmet and good value from Keller. Was delivered promptly as well. Thanks
Has not refunded me after 5 weeks of sending back an item for £250, they had a return slip which I used to send back the order. I have contacted them, but as of yet, they have not refunded me, and also they have said they don't have the box back. Now my last 3 contact messages are being ignored. I would not buy from this company again... no way...
Awful customer service! Really unhelpful and terrible at responding to emails when they try to avoid the answer.
They refused to pay for the extremely expensive returns postage's costs when the order was down to their error.
Avoid shopping with them, the cheaper price they offer is not worth it!
I bought 3 pairs of walking shoes to try on unfortunately they were the wrong size. I sent them back the next day (25th February) to this day I have received no refund or acknowledgement. I am very concerned that essentially I have been robbed. I would NOT recommend this company.

I very rarely leave reviews and I try not to leave a bad one however this company will ignore any issues that you create, their returns are shocking and be extra careful of their illegal 'premium' yearly policy. I cancelled yet was still charged the following year!
They are also based in Germany and not the UK but initially pretend otherwise.
How a company can work like Keller is shocking!

Made on line order, they don't ship to US. Have not refunded my money. "Waiting for order to fail". "Soon". These people are AH's, thieves. Avoid. So many other better on line places, this is the absolute worst.
Easy to use website, very prompt response when questions asked through the website. Prompt delivery.
However, let down by communication after dispatch email from Keller.
I was given no communication from UPS regarding delivery until I received a note through the door that they had tried to deliver. Most other delivery companies give a frequent update, with a delivery timeframe and options to change time/ deliver to neighbour etc. if the timeframe isn't suitable.
Having searched for this item, I found it on this website, at a reduced price which was better than I expected. The item arrived here in the UK within 3 days, which was great. Well done, will use them again. Thank you.
It's the worst sports supply I've ever seen. Their website looks good but they don't know whether they have product in stock. They don't even tell you when you've placed an order but no stock. After I contacted them, they told me the problem and gave me the options of sending the rest products in my order or cancel the whole order. I didn't expect that the whole disappoint shopping experience has not ended. They refunded the wrong money. After complaining twice and around 2 month's time, I still haven't received the rest of the money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible customer services, have been trying to get my money back since 24Nov18.
After leaving a review on Trustpilot their customer services contact me to ask for the order number, which I provided. Now they are claiming that there is no return logged under the reference, luckily I have a tracking number.
Great service from Keller. Stylish and quality shoes. Unfortunately, I found them to be too narrow for my feet and had to return them. Parcel in transit as I write but would expect full refund from Keller.
Keller aren't a name that comes to mind from a U. K. perspective. I found them as a chance price hunt on a particular shoe, and decided to give them a try. Price was great, website worked correctly with realistic stock information. There was the offer to join a discount club that you do often seem to see on German webshops (We tend not to get this in the UK so it's a bit of a novelty). Delivery was by UPS and faster than promised with obviously well treated box and items well but not excessively packaged.
Recommended, I'll definitely be looking here again.
Do no use Keller Sports what so every. Absolute scam. If you like Donald Trump and losing money go ahead and buy from Keller Sports. 'TrustPilot' review website removed my comment of Keller Sports. Everything on the other review website 'trustedshops.eu' is falsified and all positive reviews are bot reviews or fake reviews.
They always updated me of the delivery progress. I was informed by email with the reason of the delay so they never leave their customer unaware of the reasons that make them unable to send the items on time.
Ordered trainers on their website and they sent me 1 dirty shoe so I sent the item back tracked and signed and did not receive refund. I've been calling for the last 3 weeks and now hang up on me.
No money has been sent back. Terrible people and theives. I hope that they go out of business. Very unprofessional

The cost of the premium membership will pay for itself in most scenarios for your initial 1st purchase so a no brainer. They are a trustworthy company to deal with and their stock inventory tracking on their website is up to date. You can be confident that when an item is listed as in stock it is ready to ship which is often not the case with a lot of e-commerce sites. Highly recommend, I have bought 3 pairs of Nike Zoom Fly 3 and 1 Alphafly running shoes from them!
