I received great customer service via phone. However, I had issues with the website when I was trying to complete my purchase. It would not allow me to move forward with my purchase after completing all the necessary information.
Focus motor is noisy, I'm good if this has a 6 month warranty. I need to go check.

Just a small item -- a Tiffen filter -- but was received in good order and in good time.
Site appears easy to navigate. Received order Friday. Unfortunately, missing a sync terminal cover, rubber feet on the charger and the manual. Otherwise, works GREAT... VERY happy with my purchase!
