I bought my first camera through KEH and am very pleased! I didn't need anything new because 1) I wasn't willing to pay that much to learn about cameras and 2) my friend told me I could trust this site. She was right! Everything was the quality they had said it was. I will definitely be ordering through them again in the future.

Came without a battery -- not sure if that's normal or not. More importantly, the camera was extremely dirty. There was no body cap and the ziploc bag it came in was ripped, so there was a ton of dirt inside the camera as well. I had to have it professionally cleaned before using it. Really disappointing to see that upon delivery, especially when the ziploc bag has a KEH sticker on it that says it was cleaned and inspected.

I like everything about the KEH website, from ease of browsing, to complete-as-possible information, to ease of ordering, to non-rapacious shipping fees.

Love the item and keh but it could have been packed better. I would recommend when shipping a c100 you pack the top handle separated from the body. When I recieved it, the rubber grommets for the mic holder had slipped out and I had to take it apart to reseat it properly. Not a huge deal, just a heads up.

KEH is my go to site for any camera gear. Always great prices; excellent condition, and love the six month warranty.

Super awesome and fast! Although one caveat to this is that in my previous order (before this current one) one of the items didn't work with the camera and was completely defective.

I love your website and service. Clear rating system, very reliable, good prices. The search system feels a little clunky sometimes. A nice feature would be a wish list, so one could easily see when a certain lens comes into stock, but I can see how that could be rather difficult with the current system. It also could make buying of rarer lenses very competitive. So, maybe not the best plan. Either way, keep up the great work!
