I appreciate my business with you guys my only complaint whats with the fedex delivery service, requesting signature I understand why but fedex stop by house at 11:00 am when everyone is at work it becomes a hassle trying to receive the lens/ body

Found multiple lenses of the kind I wanted in several condition ratings on KEH.com which gave me options. The conditions were clearly explained by clicking a link right on the page. The checkout process was easy and the lens came promptly and I was able to track its progress.

I discovered KEH after my two nikons and for lenses were stolen. There I was able to replace them at reasonable (not cheap) cost. Description of their condition has proven to be reliable. As a result, for myself and some relatives I have now purchased six nikons and am satisfied with all of them.

Wanted to upgrade my lens choice and the KEH site gives a straightforward grading system on their lenses. The lens I received is in great condition. Packaging is really good. Have already tried it out and lens works fantastic. Looking forward to my next purchase. This is a great way of upgrading lenses if you're on a budget and wanting to get better with your personal photography.

Received the D850 promptly and condition was as-advertised. D7200 and D90 sent to KEH for sale separately, but no acknowledgement or payment received.

My lens arrived in about 2 days from a completely different part of the country. It was well-packed without a single speck of dust on the vintage lens, at a very fair price. If I need vintage or used gear ever again, I will absolutely be returning.

This was my first order from KEH. The lens I ordered was delivered very quickly (to Canada) and was in "like new minus" shape, as advertised. It was carefully packaged.

I ordered a flash and initially they sent the incorrect one. I called customer service and they told me to keep the one I had and sent me the new one free of charge. Perfect customer service!
