“Serious theft issue from room safe locker”

SERIOUS THEFT ISSUE IN HOTEL ROOM: Hello I am Shubbham Kumar goyal from india, i checked in turkish *******@*******@yakupdinler on 14th afternoon, the stay was going good till a day and more but on 16th afternoon we went for city tour from our hotel at around 11am morning and returned back at around 3pm, As we entered the room and tried to access our lock case we found it error, we tried 2-3 entering our passcode but it showed error, we immediately called to the reception and asked them for the mechanic, they sent the technician and with the help of some iron wire he opened the locker, we saw that our wallet was kept unsystematic like it was not the same we kept before leaving the room so we just got scared and we counted our money it was 2000 USD dollar less, we informed the hotel reception and the guy came he looked into the matter and tried to manipulate us with words ww thought he was helping us but he kept us engaged with his promise that he will let us talk to the hotel owner Mr Yakup Dinler, he than at night called us via telephone and said that the owner can't help, he also said this is not the responsibility of the hotel and also treated bad with us, we than went to the police station in urgup and they helped with the FIR, they went to the hotel and checked all the possibilities and also the investigation is going on as the hotel staff was not at all held also there behaviour towards us was not appropriate we were not feeling safe a hotel but police asked us to be comfortable,We anyhow spent the night at the hotel but were mentally harassed by the hotel staff at every time, we asked them to give us the number of the owner Mr Yakup Dinler but they denied and they didn't even let us talk to the hotel manager nor were helpful in any way, we are very much disappointed and saddened with the whole scenario.
