Very disappointed with this company. I love the products and have ordered a few times in the past, but I'm very unhappy with my current order. I placed it on January 27th. It was not shipped until February 3rd, a week later. When I click on the tracking information, it is extremely vague and not useful. There is no estimated delivery date. The website says 7 to 18 days for delivery to the U.S., but the customer service representative who emailed me said three to four weeks. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and was needed by this Friday, but it doesn't sound like I'll get it anytime soon. Will not be ordering from this company ever again.

Dollar Store quality for very high prices. When I saw what was delivered I returned the items immediately. Kawaii pen shop doesn't cover return shipping cost. After returning the items back to their Hong Kong address the package came back to my US address. Either they gave me a wrong address or refused the return shipment. After reaching out to customer service I got a rude response and was told they „do not accept responsibility" and that's that. So sad. I thought I had discovered a cute shop. Don't recommend!

Beautiful products, really loved them. Plus, they usually have interesting promos to get items for free!
