If your debating whether you want to buy from kawaii land well I don't know what your doing but you need to get on that site and order some KAWAII GOODIES! They have such a AFFORDABLE PRICE $$$$$$ MOST WONDERFUL PACKAGE OF THE YEAR.
I ordered an Item that does Not happen to be there anymore and It came defected and not in packaging. I do not need a refund Because my daughter loves the item even if its defected,

I ordered four items, and only three of them actually came. I've sent several emails with pictures of my receipt and of what I actually received, but haven't gotten a response.
Their customer service is zero or even negative. They will instantly promise to replace your defective item to make you feel happy but actually no follow-up at all. I contacted them many times after that and they don't reply my email anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. Items are overpriced and customer service is zero.
