I am very disappointed in my experience with Kathryn she started out very nice and willing to help and charges a $250.00 consult fee, then when trying to pay her during a phone tag situation she said she could not take the case after she agreed to take it, I believe she didn't have time to take on this case because she was going on vacation and she should have said said that in the beginning instead of wasting time and money. Which made my sister out of $250.00 as a single mother and that is a big deal. She was very rude. Her receptionist is also rude and not very welcoming, they do not tell you that they are at a new address that is not posted on their website when you make an appointment and you don't find out until you go looking for the location and then have to call their office, she also does not have air conditioning in her office which is very horrible in the middle of the summer and you in there with your little baby for a $250. Fee. I would not recommend her. For the average person she feels like she's is above you which is not fair to be treated that way when your looking for help in a trusting attorney.
