I tried contacting them to cancel my order the day I placed my order. Nobody answered my call or replied my email. Once it got delivered, they contacted me saying they cannot give me full refund, instead they offered me store credit which I didn't want.

Shabby product. Delayed Delivery. Delayed customer service. Over priced. Products arent as shown in pictures. Refusal to exchange or take returns even when products are shabby. Have a 7 days return policy even though products taken 8 days to get shipped

Is is very helpful to support our family with doing the online job because many people are jobless and thought it is very good opportunity to do online job here and earn some money to support their family

I ordered a kurta set and they sent the wrong size pants, instead of an adult size they sent a kids. I contacted them via chat, phone and email and they refused to refund or send the correct product. I would never buy from them again or recommend anyone to buy from this company. Worst customer service!

I was looking for traditional Indian clothes for my brother wedding. I search for men kurta and at Karmaplace i got lots of varieties in Indian man dresses. I order 4 dresses and they are very user friendly. I called them directly and requested them for some changes in colour and i am really thankful they did as per my wants. I will purchase again. I have ordered 2 lehengas and 2 salwar suits for my sister's wedding in the USA. I've added one customization note with the order for lehengas and they did it very perfectly. I have to say that I absolutely love the piece of jewelry that I ordered from Karmaplace. It is a gold mangalsutra that exceeded my expectations. The fact that it is such beautiful craftsmanship for only 12.00 is so amazing. I wanted to buy this first to see how the shipping would go. I did this because even on Amazon I have not recieved some packages so it was a test. It took a bit of time to get here but that is just because of Covid I can't blame them for that. Next time I will try to be more patient now that I know that what I get for my money is remarkable and the customer service was awesome. I love this piece so much. It looks like it was made for me. I will definitely buy my wedding set from them. Ty all from Karmaplace and ty to the craftsman for a piece that I will treasure for years :)

I ordered a size 40 they sent a size 38 and then they refused to return the item. They stated it was out of their return policy even though they were the ones at fault. I'm now out $65.
