This company is absolutely illegitimate. They pay people to write BAD reviews about good businesses, then they ask the business to pay a minimum fee of about $10k per year to remove those reviews. They do not verify their reviewers. In fact they pay their reviewers to leave negative reviews. You can see most reviews of sites that have bad reviews are from young college aged kids and most reviews they leave are negative. I'm surprised Google allows such a fake website to exist.
