I contact karhu directly later to realise that this is a FAKE website.
DO NOT order from this website it is a SCAM
I purchased shoes and a tshirt and after 3 months still no delivery.
I have asked multiple times but they will not provide a tracking number. They offered to refund me 50% of the purchase price when I have received 0% of my purchase. It is the worst customer services I have EVER experienced with no exaggeration.
Shocking! Do not buy from their online store. Shoes are great so if you want some get them from a local retailer.
As other sites have stated, be cautious buying from them. Shoes took over two weeks to arrive, were too small despite being the same size as other karhu shoes. The promised return label has to be requested and they charge $5 for restocking. And there's no place on their site as far as I can tell to leave a review. Bad experience.
Many weeks passed after I placed my order. I received no tracking number.
Customer service told me that the package wasn't delivered to me for unknown reasons, and they would not give a refund until it was received back to them.
PayPal found in my favour pretty promptly (unsurprisingly) and refunded me.
Safer option to buy in-stores.
I was very hesitatant to buy them just because I was afraid I couldn't pull them off but they are probably my most prized possession now and I am in love with them! Best purchase I've made for shoes!
