Hi, I'm writing this review about K-12 Online Schooling. Recently my mother got a call from K-12 saying how there was a computer equipment that's needs to be returned mind you I've never received no type of equipment from the school. I did do online schooling with them for awhile when I did 8th grade but I had my own device to do my work. The only thing that I was sent was the school book, so I don't understand why they're calling my mom saying that I have equipment that belongs to them when I don't. My mom tried calling the office but they're not sending her to the right agent. For example this woman from Honduras picked up the phone and claimed that she was from K-12, she was very disrespectful and kept saying things like "you need help" or "get help" and she also claimed that she has my mother's number and email as a threat, overall she was just rude. I don't think she works for K12 but instead she's using the company to get people's information and scam them. Her phone has also gets hacked which is the reason why the right people are not picked up the phone. Me and my mother have never had a problem with K12 until a little over a few months ago when she got a call saying that we owed them money but no body's ever told us that they weren't receiving the money that we were already paying them. My mom was working 3 jobs until she had an injury and ever since then people have stole her identity.used her identity to get money, stole my Identity., we've been harassed, evicted, bullied which is why I had to do online in the first place. I just think it's really unfair because my mom worked hard for what she got just for people to take it away from her she doesn't deserve this at all. She's fighting for hard work and will continue to do so. Also I would like it if people stopped using my identity for school that's not cool. I haven't done anything wrong I'm just trying to get through the school year/years and be a good student. Thank you

Help this school, this school always messes up, changes evrything and it is so hard to learn on this we should fix it plz help
