This is how good online ordering should be! Other online retailers should take a lesson, JW Computers are spot on! From the ease of ordering, to the best prices around for what I was looking for (HP ProBook 450 G10), ease of payment, immediate confirmation, fast delivery, expertly packaged and a lovely follow-up email. Perfect! I cannot fault JW Computers and will happily buy from them again and recommend highly to all I know!
Very poor shopping experience - your payment platform doesn't accept Government credit cards because of your need to verify cards against an account, according to your online payment service rep. Obviously this is not feasible with a govt card. I suggest you put a note about this on your payment screen so people don't spend 45 mins retrying to re-submit payment, then calling their organisation, then calling their card provider, only to find out it is a payment platform issue.

Minor hiccup. Had trouble paying it with PayPal for some reason. I got emails saying that the payment got refunded back to me for some reason. Had to cancel the order multiple times because of it, create a new order and pay with card - That seems to work fine. Not too sure if it was the website or PayPal at fault. Either way, I was able to order the item that I wanted.

I came across JW Computers when searching for a suitable mesh system upgrade. After seeing what they had available on my short-list I canvassed other sites. Discount code and availability of products at good price
I entered the Part Number and the screen was blank for so long I thought the search had failed. Creating an account through Discord failed three times. However, a couple of screen refreshes fixed the Search, and I just entered my details in the form instead of linking to Discord, so all good in the end.

Fast shipping with care taken to protect the item, which I really appreciated because I specifically avoided an online marketplace with a reputation for throwing around packages. My local game store was out of stock and I wanted to buy an SSD locally so I wouldn't have to order it from overseas or risk receiving a damaged/faulty item from somewhere else.

The data was not formatted as requested. The data was missing for many fragrances in the list. Wrong data was entered for a few fragrances. Had to spend a lot of time reviewing, correcting, and adding required data.
Ordered the LG monitor on Easter Saturday and picked it up the following Saturday at the Blacktown shop. It was a fuss free and professional service and I was very pleased as the item was ready near the counter to be collected so I did not even have to wait. ASUS ROG STRIX GO is a great product. The noise cancelling function is ok for daily usage. It have very longer battery life.

I came in store at bankstown last minute gift shopping before Christmas, with 15 minutes to spare before closing, staff was very helpful to allow me to process the order with my desired payment method. I really appreciated the help and advice on the product.

I was very happy with my experience with this company! My order went in on a Friday, and arrived from interstate on Monday! My laptop is not yet fully in use, just waiting to transfer some more files from my old set-up. But what I've done so far has been good!
I had some help from my son to find the laptop that I needed at a good price. And JW fitted my needs!
Items showed 2-3 days for dispatch on their website. What this actually means is 2-3 dispatch from their supplier, which could take any amount of time before they get it and then send to the customer.
Besides this, they shipped with Startrack - nothing more to say about that!
Seriously, I can get stuff from Europe quicker.
To top it off, I get an email from Sitejabber about my order and asks me to click on one of the options. As my item still hasn't arrived, the option I would have selected, isn't clickable. What a joke! Surely they would want to know that 12 days after placing my order, the item still hasn't been delivered so that they can quote:
"Your response above will provide JW Computers with valuable feedback regarding your order so that they can better assist you and other customers. "
