So I ordered a pair of fenty slides gray for the original price 80.00 thinking they were real! 3 weeks ago they were ordered and I finally received them today 3-11-17 I was actually scared I wasn't gonna receive them but I did! I honestly must say I do think they are not real tho and I'm upset cuz I paid full price, the bottom says made in Vietnam and also it didn't come with no paper wrapping! Just thrown in box yes it came with a velvet bag but still they look like their def not worth $80... ugh!
I ordered a pair of puma slides and she sent me and email saying they were shipped... its been months and i, never recieved them. Emailed her multiple times she messaged back once and i told her if this wasnt resolved i was contacting the credit card company to dispute the charge. She never messaged back... everyone please report her. She is a fraud.
The owner is very sketchy. The items that she has for sale are hot items but she seems to have them in an abundance and gets restocked right away. She is also selling them for box price and is extremely unusual for Rhianna creepers. Some items are also sold without a box so I don't know if they are knock off items or stolen.
I took a chance and ordered Rhianna Pumas I never received a shipping confirmation. When I reached out she didn't respond. I gave her well over two weeks to respond she never did. So I wrote her and email telling her that I will report her business as fraudulent. She did not respond but sends me an invoice saying I requested a refund. I have yet to receive the money or an explanation. Please be aware when ordering from her.
I ordered 3 items from this company on November 26th 2016 and still haven't received my merchandise. The red flags were all there in front of me before I clicked the payment method. I didn't received a confirmation number or a receipt for payment after my purchase was made.
I tried to call the number on her site and my called is being blocked.
My next step is the contact the BBB.
Why lie? Why steal people money? That's not going to get you nowhere but hell. You take people hard earn money and sit on a website all day scamming people and taking there money! I hope you find God and repent from your sins..
I paid for shows from this $#*!ty as company in August... its November going on December LOOOL. I emailed her on multiple occasions and she has answered. I messaged her on insta and didn't answer. I start commenting under her posts and she just deleted them and then she blocked me LOL. I'll personally make sure that her scamming website gets shut the hell down LOOOL.
Eh... Idk customer service is ok but a bit slow in response because she's working by herself so I understand. I haven't gotten my tracking number or product and it's been two weeks. I've heard the slides run slow and I couldn't get a straight answer on how the sizing would fit I'm a size 5 shoes but I had to order a 5.5 since that's what was on the site no size 5 was available.
I have yet to receive my items that I paid for almost a month ago. I have emailed and texted to get a response and have heard nothing. No money and no shoes. PLEASE spend your money somewhere else!
