I ordered a 4xxl shirt thinking it's would be coming from America only to find out after money had been taken that it's coming from China. Clothes that come from China especially when they say it's 4xxxl is not large it fits my 11 year old. It's very small. There's nothing on the website to say it's a Chinese website. Very disappointed.
Was notified quickly that my order was conf and shipped. A week went by without a further update on status so I contacted Cust Service, No reply. Another week goes by without an update. I contacted Cust Service again, no reply. I went back to an email I received from the owner thanking me for the order and replied to his email with my problem. I then got a reply from Cust Service letting me know to expect 21 days for delivery. Still have not received my order.
I encountered some small issues when ordering, but they were fixed immediately by Justt Click. The Justt Click team were also exceptional in sourcing an item I wanted (it became out of stock just before I ordered!)
I am VERY impressed with the friendly and attentive customer service and the quality of the goods I received. I also liked the emphasis they place on website payment security. Very reassuring!
All in all, I'm a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend Justt Click to any new prospective customers... I will be a repeat customer myself... Regards, Chris Y in New Zealand
Still have not received order yet, did not realize when I ordered that it could take ten to twenty days, used to amazon where you get your purchases within two days.
I placed my order 10 days ago and still have not received any comfirmation it has shipped and I have no tracking information. I emailed them twice and still have not heard back. They were able to take the money ASAP but can't give me any information. Will not be ordering from here again.
I can't track my order and I have no idea where my package is. I'm starting to think this website is fake
