I ordered 3 bags of the product, they said it would take up to 2 months for me to receive it. I still haven't received it. Their phone is disconnected. I sent a couple of emails with no response. Unfortunately I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY, it is totally fraudulent.
On October 2nd, 2018 I placed an order with the Just Like Sugar for 4 canisters. A couple of weeks went by and I did not receive my order so I called and left a voicemail. I got a return call and an email that gave a lengthy explanation why the product had not been delivered along with an appeal to give them 30 days to catch up. So after another month with no more contact from them, I called and sent an email. This time I was told my order would be shipped within the next day or two. Two more weeks went by and I emailed again and was told they had a computer problem and the order would go out the following week. This is now deep into December. When another went by I inquired again and was told that they had no control over the shipping department and they had done the best they could. What?
It's now January 2019 and I still don't have the product. The phone number has been taken off their site and the only way to contact them is through a form on the site. But it looks like they are still taking orders. Complete fraud. I found another similar reviews on Facebook.
