I ordered some inks for £50, which were dispatched 2 days later but I have not received them over 2 weeks later. I have tried phoning and keep getting an answer phone telling me to email them. I have emailed twice and not had a reply. There are no other ways of contacting or speaking to anyone at this company. I have used them before without any problems but I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone as customer service appears to be non-existent.
Order for inks placed 28 Jan (5 cartridges). 1 cartridge received after 8 days, 1 received after further 4/5 days, now 15 Feb and remainder still not received. E-mail enquiry resulted in being told all items despatched on 4 Feb! Who would despatch all items in separate packages? Don't believe them. Phone line is an answering machine only. Not good customer service.
I have dealt with this company for years and I have never had a problem with them. The fact that they are out of stock of my particular cartridges is disappointing but don't forget all
Parcel deliveries are taking a long time. The company is not at fault, you will receive your

Don`t go near this company unless you don`t exactly need what you`re buy ing. My Order was placed on Wed. Aug. 29th for nearly £30.
Unpleasant phoned assistant told me that they don`t count Sats. And Sundays ( since when is post not delivered on a Saturday) and that it can be up to 10 working days.
What? In this day and age? Simply unacceptable. So, tomorrow Wed. Sept. 5th is a possibility but nothing seems certain. A week seems an awful long time to take to deliver a couple of cartridge orders these days. Will not use them again.
Ordered 4 epson in cartidges to find 2 arrive in a pack and another 2 not showing despite them insisting I'll have them in 24hrs.
COMPLETE RIP OFF.
These guys part ship and hope you do not bother reclaiming the refund thus stealing from you

I ordered and paid for coloured and black Epson cartridges, I received confirmation of the order and was told that the goods were dispatched in two packages December 22nd 2011 it is now December30th and I have not received the goods.
Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. Unfortunately like most other online retailers the Christmas period is an incredibly busy time for us and especially for the postal services. We do usually advise 3-5 working days but as Christmas Day and boxing day fell within this time frame there was a delay in the usual delivery time frame of your order which given the time of year is to be expected. We did advise all customers upon checkout that a delay would be likely for all orders placed after 19th December 2011 due to the Christmas period.

Ordered an ink cartridge over 6 weeks ago still not arrived contacted them 2 weeks ago and was assured a replacement had been sent out still not arrived THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
I USED TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY BUT I FIND JUSTINKAND PAPER ARE ON MY TOP OF THE LIST FOR ORDERING CARTRIDGES FOR MY PRINTER VERY, VERY GOOD SERVICE, KEEP IT UP.

I can see in your case that the first part of the order was dispatched on Friday 29th January and arrived on the 4th February which is actually within our 3-5 working day time frame. At the time of the order you were sent an email to advise you of the stock shortage on the second half of your order. This back order shipped on the 11th February and was delivered on Wednesday 17th February.
We have two full time customer service representatives who deal with telephone enquiries. At peak times however both lines can be in use in which case it will forward the caller to our voice messaging service. If you leave a message we will respond within 1 working day.
