Easy to use site and add to order. The blinds are beautiful and measurements were great. However, one of the blinds does not lay straight on the windows. One side curls up. If you are OCD or expect perfection, you will be disappointed.

My bedroom and they are beautiful. Unfortunately, I can't use them one of the rivets or whatever you wanna call it that the screw goes through was put in crooked so I had to actually remove that just to get the screw in there, but the other thing is I thought they were going to install like all the other blinds I bought from just blinds, but you have to screw these into the lintel of the window and there are metal pieces in the lentil and I can't screw it in so I have a three beautiful shades that I can't use
Even if I could screw it in the screws are too short to hold such a heavy shade

We purchased a large order of woven wood shades from JustBlinds, expecting quality and durability. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, we discovered two of the shades installed in our bathroom were riddled with mold after just a short time away from home. When we reached out to JustBlinds, their response was extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed us for installing the shades in a "high humidity area" and said that to avoid mold, we'd need to run the AC at all times—even while away. This response is unreasonable and irresponsible, especially considering we live in Southern California and had been away in February with all windows closed.
Now, even after running our AC consistently all summer, we're finding mold on the blinds in our bedroom as well. Cleaning them has been a constant struggle, and it's clear these shades are not suited for normal home conditions. JustBlinds' refusal to address this issue or stand behind their product speaks volumes. We're extremely disappointed and would not recommend JustBlinds to anyone looking for a quality or trustworthy purchase.

You have no idea how long I've been looking to replace horizontal blinds with vertical blinds for WINDOWS. All I could find was vertical blinds for doors. If these blinds work as expected, you'll receive more orders from me in the future.

Found the site by searching for window shades. This site was easy to navigate and the prices were good. Shipping was prompt. I have not hung the blinds yet as it is a winter project.
These shades replaced blinds I previously purchased from Just Blinds. The blinds I replaced served me well but were at the end of their use. The new shades were of the quality and color as described on the web site. The shades arrived well protected and were easy to install. There was a delay in shipping, but they kept me informed every step of the way. Good product, good company.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
