I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!
Absolute scam artists. Quote that it will be a $2 refundable amount then charged AU $68. I didn't avail of any services. They then lock the chat so you can't communicate with them at all. Terms and conditions not accessible which is in breach of legislative requirements.
Had to change Bank Details (following a hack of our Account) for approx. 20 Direct Debits. Managed all other than one that I simply could not get into their site. JustAnswer came to my rescue and sorted it out (albeit that it took some time). Very grateful for their help.

I was surprised to see that I was charged $2.00 for one e-mail and $66.00 for another in minutes of finishing with JustAnswer.Is this common practice? Othewise the people I dealt with were very helpful. I went through UPS World Wide Shippers and did not expect extra charges.

The problem started with the national FB outage earlier this week. Then in trying to connect back into my account, FB locked me out. It took talking with someone twice, but the link that you sent allowed me to resend a picture of my drivers license to FB. They approved my identity and allowed access to my account. Happy ending.

I finally had to contact the company, to find out that the UPS number was wrong because they did not send me the items because my credit card wasn't good anymore, but nobody did contact me to let me know about the problem...! So you guys did an excellent job but nobody could give me the good answer, so eventually someone suggested that I should contact the company, just to find out that they never sent me the product because of this problem with my credit card...!

Next day they found a bird vet.
Impossible to take to a vet parakeet is still wild.
My property is equity in an Entertainment business which is about to go into liquidation. I probably didn't ask the correct questions but the answers to the ones I did ask were helpful and the lawyer encouraged me not to give up.

The $46 seemed hidden to me - what's the point of advertising $1 when it's actually $47 upfront? I don't like that. However, I did appreciate the fast connection to a provider (though I couldn't tell if it was a robot or not) with quick answers about my painful, red eye.
It was one of the first things that popped up on google and promised quick answers.
My sweet bunny hurt her eye and the doctor was such a great help. Being able to send photos/video was a huge bonus! Thank you for your help!
I find it convenient. To have answers this way. I am reading some conversations from the web and I find some experts really go through lengths to explain with passionw. I also like if an expert would say he is not knowledgeable on a particular region's l laws. Awesome.

I needed additional information and there was a PERSON and no waiting to clear up my issues. Most patient and accommodating unlike my efforts with other so called help lines.

I had an older TV that would not power up at all, despite following owner manual instructions, resets, etc. I did not know what the problem was, the cost of a repair would be or if I should purchase a new television. Just Answer provided me with an intelligent opinion of what the cause could be and what a historical price for repair might be. When I asked them further for a recommendation based on all the discussion, they then directly suggested I not seek repair and instead shop for a new product as the most economical decision. Despite that, I did have a technician come in to diagnose the problem and he determined what part failed and that indeed a replacement part was no longer available. Conclusion: the TV is dead, the technician only cost me $49 to confirm what JustAnswer provided me in the first place, although without as much technical detail. Just Answer was reliable and responsive in my case. I'm grateful even though I'll miss that old TV.

I had some issues with them at first, but customer service eventually made it right. They don' t do specifics, but more general help at least with immigration laws.
