The site doesn't fully describe the items, therefore you might be unclear about what you are ordering, but later cannot return it. Return rules are not listed anywhere during the ordering process. In fact, the item that I ordered as a link under the description called "return" and when you click on it, nothing happens. When a company tries to hide the return policies that are this strict, be warned. Customer service is immovable. They just don't care. "We are a small business." they whine. Well, I am not a business, I am just one person who cannot afford to pay for things that I cannot return within a reasonable time. Myself and all of my friends who used to like this site are done with them.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. You will be stuck with what you purhcase, whether you like it or not, whether it was in error or not.
Products used:
Kept two bedspreads. Not allowed to return a coat and two unintended extra pillow shams that were never even taken out of the packaging, ordered by mistake. They do not allow returns of a list of about 30 items. And what you can return has to be done within 14 days, and you have to pay for your own return costs and arrange for the shipping, no labels provided.
