You think you are dealing with free bids and come to find out they have charged your account 150.00. This is a scam site. I will dispute the charges. Stay away from this site.
I wouldn't get involved with these people. It is a complete scam. They offered free bids if you registered by a certain date, so I clicked on the link and registered and then I find out that they charged me $150 for the bids. When I contacted their customer service department to explain about the mixup and sent them an e-mail about my concern, all they tell me is that it was disclosed when I registered and that there are no refunds. They won't even address the fact that I didn't get the free offer. I will tell everyone that I know not to ever join or do business with this company. They are complete jerks to say the least! I will dispute the charge at all costs.
Answer: Calling your credit card company does not work because of note 8. In this sites terms and conditions. You need to file a complaint on line with the California Attorney General. This is not an auction, but more like a lottery or in reality a Ponzi scheme which is illegal.
