It was okay. A bit pricey but the items are ok

Was honestly very very sceptical from buying from this place so I found a heap of girls on Instagram that had purchased and they said it's all good so I finally gained the courage to order and honestly I was scared but I'm so glad I did. I only order one thing in case it was a scam but it arrive today and the quality and sizing is perfect! I absolutely adore the dress so much and I can't wait to get our again and wear it!

I should've known not to order from this site when I saw it wasn't in the U.S. but instead in some warehouse in China?! The quality of your clothes is not worth the full price you charge they sell the same items on AliExpress for half the price. Refund your customers! My package had a missing item that I was not notified about. Bad business is bad business spam and scam your way up to 4-5 stars all you want the truth will always unveil.

Absolutely shocking company. Does not tell you when ordering that it's coming from abroad and will take weeks to arrive. The item when eventually arrived was of very poor quality and when i sent it back the postage cost me £12.75 to return and then I get told they will not reimburse me for that and each time I try to talk to someone online they keep ending the chat so I can not talk to anyone. Absolute joke of a company

Zipper is HORRIBLE. I HAVR TO HAVE IT REPLACED. Fits great. But again Zipper is very low quality...

I've personally shopped from joyshoetique.com multiple times, and haven't encountered any issues so far. Their customer service can be slow at times, but in general it's worked out pretty well for me. The clothes fit me as they should (but seriously, refer to their size guide, I usually size up when I order from them). The quality of the material can vary, although I've only ever been unsatisfied with the quality of one sweater so far. Everything else has been a great deal. At a reasonable price too!

For the size I ordered, they do not do the job. They do not go up high enough

I'm a new shopper that went on brower for summer sandals and vacation clothes. Sizing was a little tricky for some pieces which resulted in me having a few things that needed to be returned or exchanged. The ticket process was very effective in getting those things taken care of... I received exchanges in a few weeks. My credit/refunds were processed in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent thanks~

I like buying shoes, because I believe that shoes reflect who you are. Your identity is pointed by the shoes you wear. Of course, it's sometimes can be very difficult to choose the pair of shoes to your whole outfit, however if you like this process, you will be very happy I guess. I have decided to acquire some new shoes in this store, because it seemed to me pretty attractive. Well, everybody should know that if they need a new pair and they're lazy to go to the supermarket or mall, they can easily apply to this company, because conditions are pretty enticing here.

I am always sceptical about buying on line but I bought a dress and I have got to say that the dress were the best I could find at a competitive price both on the internet and the high street. I have been searching for nearly two years.
The price is good, the quality excellent and the service fantastic. The dresses were delivered in 2 weeks. I will be using Joyshoetique again.

Absolutely terrible business. They lost one of my items that I PAID for and refused to give me a refund, just said it's not available anymore. Instead of offering me an apology and a refund, they asked that I choose another item. Which I did, but they did not read my email properly and now that item is gone again too. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The items that arrived smelled like cheap glue. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Not very good quality, very cheap, does not look good on

A year ago I other a pair of sandals, it took six months to be ship, and did not have their contact number to called them or email them, because they didn't put any contact number on their website. And when the sandals finally arrive it was not what I ordered and they charged me a lot for that crap. I will never advice anybody to buy from them. Be CAREFUL!
