“Terrible service”

I had a none fault crash and had my car written off with me and my son injured. The first offer for my car was absolutely terrible and the second £1000 to £1500 short of buying a similar car after turning down these offers i was given 5 HOURS TO RETURN the courtesy car so now i have no money and no car through no fault of my own
