Guys don't order from jio mart they doesn't provide product and no refund is done too. It's fraud app. Customer support doesn't work. Even I had messaged at fb messenger no proper response. They say same thing 4-7 days refund will be done. My 18 June, 23 june and 26 june refund is not done. Be aware of scams like this apps
Pathetic service. The delivery person doesn't respond to our calls, nor they call prior to coming. Without attempting, Jio mart returned the orders several times. If you don't have the intent to deliver the order then you shouldn't accept the orders, even the support executive doesn't have the right information to pass on to the customer about the order status and why it is getting canceled, Day before Yesterday I have placed the order but still the status of the order is "Ordered" they dont even changed the status "under process" and today is the delivery date and sudden they will return the order without any intimation.
My last three consecutive orders got returned in the exact same way and so is going to happen with this one.
The refund process of JioMart is very difficult, its like you are begging for it. The customer support team will send you to wait, wait, and wait...
Ordered mangoes a second time around, thinking that the first time, the rotten mangoes despatched was a genuine mistake from their end.
But No...they seem to revel in sending rotten mangoes to online buyers.
As I mentioned before, jiomart is just a big sized kirana...nothing more.
Groceries.great. Anything else, think twice!
Well, I ordered a kettle and they sent completely different product and damaged too... it's unbelievable
